Pizza Hut, Rolla MO

There was one person and one delivery person on duty. When the delivery man left it left one person to wait tables and cook pizza's.

Ordered ahead for curbside pickup. Checked in online. No one showed up. Called the number on the sign. No one showed up.
Went inside to pick up my two pizzas and chicken and was told they “sent out” my large pizza with someone else ON PURPOSE and it would be 10 minutes for them to make me a new one. I did not have 10 minutes to stand around waiting so they said they would issue a refund.
There was only one woman working the entire store. (She made sure I knew this) The bathroom was closed off and the whole place looks like a storage shed. I’m not sure what is going on but the big pile of boxes in the corner of the dining room with the “EXPIRED DO NOT USE” sign is a bit concerning.
Also, my one pizza that made it home was the wrong order and definitely not fresh or hot. This all was a very disappointing experience and I am very surprised that corporate Pizza Hut doesn’t shut this location down. It’s sad…. What used to be a delicious and quick dinner was a huge let down.

Sucks that this place had their dining room being used as storage cuz they cooked my pasta perfectly it wasn't burnt around the edges the cheese sticks that were upgraded were amazing and they were very kind and helpful it would have been nice to be able to sit down in that restaurant and enjoy the atmosphere like used to be able to as a kid

It was simply a order on the internet and the pizza was tasty, as ordered, timed perfectly as I go there to pick it up.

82.00 for 4 medium pizzas and wings and breadsticks. The gave me itialian sausage instead of pork and the hand tossed crust were thin and greasey. The wings were good. It was the worst pizza I've had there in a while.

Called in an order for pickup. Tried to pay over the phone and was told no. I showed up to pick ip my pizza and im told We do not take $100 bills. Something tells me the part on the Bill that says "THIS NOTE IS LEGAL FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE" Should have been enough for them to accept my cash money. When I mentioned to the lady in store that they should have told that over the phone is was cut off with well its a call center. No matter how many times I tried to talk I was getting talked over CALL CENTER CALL CENTER CALL CENTER over and over. I looked her dead in the eye and said you can say that a million times it will not change the words I am saying. All in all very rude service, then refused to take legal cash for a private debt. Im sure this is not legal. Just like if they let you pump the gas 1st it is a debit and they cannot refuse you paying in change or and overly abundant large bill. When you order over the phone and make the food before payment that puts me in debtor status and you refusing any form of legal cash is NOT LEGAL IN ANY FORM EVEN IF YOU POST WE DO NOT TAKE $100 BILLS ON THE DOOR THE THE PLACE! Legal advice take payment over the phone when they order if not accept all forms of cash as it is now a debit and you have no legal choice on how they pay you! The food was HOT FRESH AND GOOD but this does not make up for illegal refusal of cash payment! Look it up, ask your lawyer but at this rate anyone in the know like myself would sue your establishment for refusing to take legal tender payment for all debits public and private!

Complaining about not getting a tip. You can’t expect a tip when you get your food so late compared to when you ordered it. Food was made wrong also plus your employee isn’t a great team player for you Pizza Hut!

Horrible! Their staff is not trained. Took forever to take my order over the phone and at the end did not deliver what I ordered.

My recent order from Pizza hut was great in quality of service provided and the temperature of the pizza. My issue is after eating it, I became violently sick. I believe it was the mushrooms on one of the pizzas ordered.
I will not be ordering again any time soon. Ive never been sick like this before.

Pizza Hut continues to have the best pizzas and best app to order them. Kudos to Pizza Hut for getting it right!

Not sure if I'm going to go back to this pizza hut. I ordered a large three topping pan pizza and there were hardly any of the ingredients I had picked for my three toppings. One piece of my pizza actually only had the bacon on it and absolutely no mushrooms or green peppers. Very disappointed

I stopped in to what I thought would be the classic Pizza Hut I gre up with but it was not. The facility was filthy aa you walked in the door it was apparent. My little boy and I sat down for 2 personal pan pizzas and a couple of drinks. The fountain machine was broke had to pay bottled drink price. When the food was brought to the table not even napkjns were offered. The pizza as always was delicious as Pizza Hut pizza is the best.

Restrooms was very dirty stunk of urine. Tables where dirty and sticky and the floors need a vacuum. Marinara sauce on the floor mashed in to the carpet windows are filthy. The waitress was putting food in a basket with her hands without clothes on and then drop it in the deep fryer weather hands after she helped two other guests with to-go orders running the register and messing with receipts.so disappointing.

The last two times we have been to Rolla the servicd was bad.only two people there. They didn't seat us. No silverware. They were busy getting carry outs ddone. Only teo

My daughter used her Book It certificate (she loves doing this). We went as a family to enjoy dinner. The server was amazing. She was so friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. Best Pizza Hut I've been to!
