Pizza Hut, Brookfield MO

Not impressed with the service. No suggestive sales (salad bar, etc), had to go to the counter and ask for drink refills, waitress brought check out, placed it on the table, NEVER asked about the food or anything.
Just my opinion, but the 3 occupied tables might have been too much for the 2 front people I saw.

It's getting better. Not great yet, but better. There is hope. My order was correct and hot. It tasted like Pizza Hut so they did their job well.

Ordered 2 pizza's and a double order of breadsticks. The pizza's toppings were slim and they gave us cheese sticks instead. She didn't care, but said sorry. Poor customer service.
5 months later, still has poor customer service. Went in to eat dinner the other day. The server refused to put our rewards number in. She said she can't, because she already printed our ticket. Since you don't ask if there's anything we need before you give us our ticket, how about you ask if we have a rewards before you give us the ticket. Void it out and redo it. Simple solution

Only use $20 bills cause even if its $86 you can't use a $100.even though change would have been $14

Pizza was good, service was slow. I understand though, 2 tables is a lot for someone to take care of.

The quality is hit n miss. Last time I was here I had to wait nearly 30 minutes after I had paid for my to-go order that I had ordered 15 minutes earlier. (45 minutes) I offered to pull up since there was a car behind me to be courteous, person at the window told me my order was being boxed up that it would be 5 minutes. I waited for 15 in my car and decided to go in since they were getting busy. The person who waited on me didn't realize I had already ordered and paid for my order and asked to take my order and then I waited another 15 minutes for my order. It was ridiculous.

Fast service.pizza was good, the girls behind the counter where vary nice and well kept.the store was clean

Brookfield Pizza Hut was terrible. First we waited 20 mine to even get our order taken and then they forgot half of it including our littlest sons meal. We got are pizza it was doughy and not done at all. After we waited over an hour to get our food we didn't even in up eating because nothing was cooked fully. Us plus one other family was in there when we showed up and still took hour and 20 minutes for 1 large pizza and a personal pan pizza. I will definitely not be going back. All the other pizza huts are great but this one needs alot of work and people that do their jobs.

We had a good experience here after church getting the lunch buffet. They have the salad bar all the time but I think they only do buffet on certain days, for sure Sunday lunch.

A group of 5 of us ate lunch buffet. It was busy with a local nursing home having an outing. Even though I'm sure the workers were stressed they all did a very good job.

Everything was great. They did put one ingredient on that was wrong, but made another for no charge, and gave us the first one for free. Staff was great as was the atmosphere.

Great quality & service! Kylee at the drive thru window was very polite, friendly & professional! Definitely will order from them again!
