Pizza Hut reviews
161st pizza was not correct and not cooked in the middle. Could of had a little more toppings for the price. Didn't get charged for water, like other reviews said. Price was accurate for product.
Was very disappointed in the food. The only thing I thought was good was the bread sticks.
Buffett is what I got. Salad bar was OK. Well, over, but ok. Lots of thin crust pizza on the Buffett. Not too many pan pizzas. The pasta looked like there were all-day. Cinnabon sticks are great. What happened to apple Cinnamon Pizza they did have at one time. Ask if they had wings on Buffett? No. It was an ok dining, but it felt like it was missing something for almost 11 dollars
Our experience here was not good. The waitress only got 2 orders correct out of 5 people. The side salad was over priced ($7.29), no salad bowl lids available, chicken wings were dry, VERY overpriced, took 15 minutes to get our drinks, about 35 to get our food, and we had to ask twice for the cheesesticks the waitress forgot, and they even charged us water. We got BBQ wings, a mini cheese pizza, a mini mushroom pizza, Alfredo, and a salad, and the overall price was $90! They even charged us for the little sauce packets! We would not recommend coming here, as many other 1 star reviews have said. For a Pizza Hut, we really expected better.
Very please with how quick the food was prepared and how it was prepared right amount of toppings and right amount of sauce the customer service was amazing best service in a long time I recieved and the lady in the drive through yesterday around 4 thank u so much with your kindness u are one of the reasons why Pizza Hut is great keep it up very pleased
The workers are it's pretty good Pizza Hut the only problem I've had is the last three times I've ever had to remind them to grab my 2 liter just remember that and it'll be perfect
Our experience was great at this Pizza Hut. The pizza was out at our table very quickly. Tasted good. Our waitress, Amanda was a sweetheart. We chatted as if we were friends. The place was clean and I can’t say anything negative.
I got a pizza last night and it was so gross they didn't even cut it I had to do it my self
I got free garlic bread for ordering past pizzas saving points ordered the New Yorker for $14.99 and got a melt for $6.99 left a five-dollar tip and somehow my bill is over $37 very unaffordable for pizza these days. Additionally we have five dogs and each time we ask that the pizza be left at the door and the doorbell not to be rung and nobody ever reads the directions and knocks on the door or rings the doorbell anyway and all five dogs go straight to the front door and it's a real pain trying to keep the dogs in while telling the pizza guy to put the pizza on the front porch. Pizza Hut isn't the same as it used to be and their prices are unaffordable I definitely do not order pizza anymore like I used to maybe once a year
I ordered online and nothing but problems. I ordered 3 pizzas and a 6 piece wing. My husband got there and they gave him 2 pizzas and a 12 piece wing. No one in that place would help at all when I called. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Manager and staff were VERY RUDE
I was curious as to why the parking lot was empty at 7: 00 pm on a Saturday. The answer came quickly. Salad bar bare, wait staff hanging out at a table cracking up. Cheese sticks more bread sticks than cheese sticks. Pizza was good. Then with an $87 ticket they wouldn’t accept a $100 bill. Which is mind boggling.
Hands down, worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered a meatlovers and breadsticks with cheese. After forking out over $30, I did not expect this inedible disaster. It was the driest, hardest pizza I've ever had. There was no sauces, the crust was burnt and the whole thing was hard as a rock. I will never ever get anything here again. I would discourage anyone else from eating here as well. I ended up throwing it in the trash as it was literally cutting up the roof of my mouth trying to eat it. If you want pizza, order it at pizza express or just make it at home. No matter how bad of a cook you are, it won't be worse than this.
They went the extra mile to call me to make sure my order was correct cause I ordered it different this time and they remembered how I normally order it.
Workers here are children. Terrible attitudes and service. I spent $70 there and they wouldn’t give me a cup of ranch. “That’ll be $3”
Houston Pizza Hut has a buffet most days from 11-2. The food is very good. The service is terrific and the place is very clean. Nice salad bar and a good assortment of pizza. Breadsticks and pasta, all good. The ladies running the restaurant are friendly and attentive.
Walked in and started ourselves. They saw us come in and nobody came to take our order until I went up and got them. Terrible service as well.
