Pizza Hut, Farmington MO

I dropped my pizza, all over the floor, right after taking it from the delivery girl. They made me another pizza at no extra charge. Also, they make great pizza, quickly & its consistenly good.

This is enough. Is it that difficult to prepare dough? I've come here every day for almost a year. Only a few employees know how to prepare the dough and not serve me grease-coated cardboard. If I had the time during lunch to go to desloge and get an actual original pan crust I would. I spend almost $400 a month here and the food is slowly getting worse day by day. (Will fix my rating once I notice consistent improvement.)

Pizza Hut always has a special place in my heart; I love the staff, the food is great, and I'm always brought to a smile when I visit! Callie and Dan are amazing people - they're the real ones here.amazing service and friendly demeanor!:)

The pizza didn't taste good wings were dry and beadsticks were way too much Parmesan sauce and I bought 2 family boxes with different wings and still dry

Insanely expensive, dirty, and unorganized. Only good thing about pizza hut is the book it program.

Just went today horrible. The guy who took my order acted like I was an inconvenience to him because I didn't order online. I had the same phone number for 17 years and they had me in there as Nathan was told they couldn't change it. Got my food the boneless wings looked like they dibbled some sauce on it and called it a day if I'm paying over 40 dollars I expect to have them covered not just the top and they were hard as rocks like they over cooked was told that's how they are done. They couldn't do anything about it. Also the cheese bread was hard as a brick. So would not recommend coming here. If you want pizza go to little Ceasars or dominos they are both nicer, cheaper and will fix your order.

Not to be rude. But Im beginning to wonder, when u place an online order, if the staff knows how to read. When I comment under the "special instructions", i ask em to cook it couple mins longer, they never do. Today, I ordered a thin crust bbq pizza, they made a thick crust pepperoni. It was too late to call and complain due to family already digging in. Least they enjoyed it though

One large pizza, one personal pizza, and two sodas, wings and an order of fries almost 48.00 the service was horrible and our waitress just left without telling us. Building was outdated. My veggie pizza had veggies thrown on it and wasn't even cooked.

My stars do not reflect the service and the delicious pizza that we received at the Farmington, MO restaurant. The cook was excellent and the waitress was fantastic and more than accommodating. They were short staffed and very busy. Corporate or the franchise owner need to visit and take care of these employees and help this restaurant with updating.

Food was great! Service was amazing! The only complaint I have is there was only 1 woman working on a weekend doing the job of 4 people. She did a great job but really needed help. Pizza Hut listen closely.treat your workers BETTER!

Bread sticks & cheese sticks not the greatest but pizza was pretty good. Could've been cooked a bit longer but was still tasty! Can't wait to go back again

We bought two pizzas. One was with a thin crust. I would not recommend the thin crust because it was tough. The toppings were ok, but not great. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating here.

I ordered a pepperoni and it was made wrong, I went back inside with the pizza and explained the situation. The guy who brought the pizza out to my car told me it was my fault and went on to say he would remake it, then proceeded to walk away and not come back, I waited until another worker was done serving someone else and I explained to her my situation and she made the pizza and apologized, never have I had my food made wrong and told it was my fault.

I've had a pleasant experience every time I've been to this Pizza Hut. I live closer to a different location but will go out of my way to come to the Farmington one for a more consistent service and guaranteed good experience every time. I especially appreciated Callie, who helped me find the best deal for what I wanted to order. She didn't have to go above and beyond like that, but it was definitely appreciated. Everything was hot, delicious, and the customer service was top tier.

Downloaded the app and enjoyed it at 3 Pizza Huts. Order at Farmington location on app and got a pizza, it was $13.99. Showed up my bill was $21.76. Told guy that wasn’t right. Showed him the app price. He said he would ask manager. Came back said sorry, we can’t honor that price. I talked to manager myself. Basically, it’s too bad they weren’t going to honor app. I said then take the prices off and correct them. “We can’t that’s corporate. ” Customer service is dead. Advertising wrong price and won’t stand behind it. They lost me forever just to make a few more bucks.

First Lets Start with, Presentation. From 1-5 it was a 2 very dirty built up dirt on window seals, around Tables, on Carpet, Bathrooms were filled in trash receptacles, Light fixtures were also dirty, and there were only four people in store. Service was Poor at Best with Me having to ask at counter for more water, pizzas served on saucer, not from pan nor spatula, mng said they don’t serve pans nor spatula because it’s small Pizzas. And no Salad bar or no Salads, Period. THIS WAS THE FINAL TIME TO GIVE, ONE OF MY HIGH SCHOOL FAVORITE PLACES ONE LAST CHANCE, YOU BOMBED THIS, AND ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME, BEFORE THIS MNGR WILL LOSE THIS ENTIRE BUSINESS WITH PUBLIC.it was without A Doubt the worst place, and pizza I’ve Expected in Years. Sad that of All the memories in this place, From the Early Eighties, and This is What it now is. Very Sad
