Pizza Hut, O'Fallon MO

Give this boy a fat raise! He's so consistently respectful and lovely. I've never had such straight forward and respectful service anywhere. He should be in a 5 star restaurant. I go at night on weekdays.

Drivers are always pleasant and food arrives on time and order is correct. We love Pizza Hut!

Whoever was working 11/11/23 at 12: 30 am, w Terra lane, did an amazing job. Remarkable, dare I say. The pizza was hot and ready as soon as I walked in the door. He put his heart and soul into this pizza and Cinnabon order. God bless this man, may he forever sleep on a cold pillow every night. Give this man a raise, I mean it.

I messed up my online order. I chose carryout when I thought I chose delivery. Someone from the store called within a half hour after I had not picked up my food. They changed my order to delivery, remade my order and had it to me before they estimated they would. Everything was hot and fresh. Appreciated this great customer service!

My Mild Buffalo wings were completely dry and they gave me a tiny cup of this gross tasting BBQ sauce on the. NOT Buffalo and it was even short 2 wings. So I called to have the right wings either delivered or refunded but the employee said he had the wrong number so it was my fault. I told him that this excuse still wasn't acceptable and he became rude and hostile. He then couldnt remember if it was delivery or carryout, asked for my number when i gave him the number he started with the excuses and bad attitude again. Realizing I was getting no where, I just hung up and threw the wings in the trash
I will never order from this store again.

Awful, pizza was not cooked, delivery took 80 minutes. Cheese was not melted, crust was doughy. Save your money, pick up a good quality frozen pizza.

It might just be me but Pizza Hut has gone down in quality as of late now they're just OK

I cannot even believe this. This is the WORST pizza place I have EVER ordered from! LISTEN TO ME! They do not care! My son ordered pizza around 8 and had it sent to my house because he had a credit because they messed up his order a couple weeks prior. Pizza arrived at 8: 40. The kid told me there was a balance even though my son used his credits, I said no big deal I’ll pay for the pizza and tip you as well. $10 that was. I live 30 seconds from the place. Not exaggerating. 30 seconds. When he gave me the pizza it was so overdone, I asked for a new one. Here we are at 10 pm and no pizza. My son called 30 minutes prior to me calling and finally losing it, and they had told him “oh 10 minutes” I am BEYOND infuriated! I told them I don’t want their food just bring me my money back! And they did, they rang my doorbell and set the SAME pizza I asked be remade with the money on top of the box on my porch. The blatant disrespect towards customers! No apology. No nothing. There is NO EXCUSE! You have younger kids who work here who don’t gaf about customers! Everything is hee hee haha. It’s unbelievable! NOW I need to find another pizza place that will still deliver so I can feed my 11 and 3 year old. I don’t ever order from Pizza Hut. Ever. I swear by Marcos and I will continue my business with them! That’s just it! This place ought to be ashamed and workers need to be fired and replaced! I will be calling corporate for sure! Unprofessional is an understatement my God!

This Pizza Hut was really good for the first 2years. My last two pizzas were not good. This time was lack of toppings.sauce, cheese and slightly burnt I always wonder how some food service personnel can look at the product going into the box and think. "Ya.this looks good". Drove back up and got refund. Won't return until I see if reviews go upswing in another year. Lame managment and quality control.

We ordered a double pepperoni New York style pizza, and we got maybe 15-20 pepperoni on it. I love the false advertising they do. Please do better

The pizzas arrive hot and taste the best.but the cost is so over the top.delivery fee of $4.71, cost of extra cheese $2, cost of 8 bone in wings $11.for a deal pizza large, 3 topping $14.99, add extra cheese, $2, delivery fee $4.71, tax and tip nearly $30.no way.not buying unless a huge special occasion

Food was good, but it was warm not hot. Probably due to how many stops the driver made before delivering mine.

Great food and great service. Was ready fast. Employee was working hard to fill orders and run the register.

The W Terra location offers great service. Pizza's made the way you want them. Not scimpy on toppings. We can't say this about many restaurants these days. Thank you!

I have never had an issue with this location. Family owned franchise. Very courteous and accurate. My go to pizza spot.
