Pizza Ranch, Cottleville MO

In the end it was fixed but shouldn't of happened last night I came in 2 kids 2 adults girl said 4 adults I asked what the age was for kids she said 12, mind u our 12year old is a older looking kid. I said cool I have a 12 year old. She looked at me And acknowledged me so I thought she fixed it. She still charged me 4 adults. Thankfully his dad has his date of birth tatted on him. I didn't notice till I looked at Receipt. Yes it did get fixed.
I guess my main problem is being acknowledged but ignored at the same time.
Other than that food was great. Obviously the chicken is why I love it

Pizza was really, but I was drawn to the chicken and Taters. Awesome service and atmosphere.

Table cleaners just come and start cleaning your table if you go to get something else! Even if you're belongings at the table. When I said something the cleaning person she stated she was to busy to see if the customer has belongings there and that she didn’t care.

Very expensive and the food is not great. Honestly the best thing was the mashed potatoes. I was expecting something similar to pizza street but they have nothing on pizza street.

Did you like Pizza Street? Then this place has GOT you!
It is a nicer, cleaner Pizza Street, but the food is exactly the same. And it has a massive play area with arcades and such.
So if you DIDN'T like Pizza Street, then this will not impress you. But if you DID, or if the quality of the Pizza Street establishment was your only gripe, then Pizza Ranch will absolutely rock your socks off.

I love it, a family place with gospel music, it is my favorite place, I recommend it to spend time with the little ones in the house

They won't let you use the same game card as Wentzville. Very sad that they force you to choose one location or the other.

We are regulars of the Wentzville Pizza Ranch. So when we found out that Cottleville had opened a new Pizza Ranch we were very excited to see this new supposedly upgraded version of Pizza Ranch. The food was basically the same, but the game room and the service was absolutely hideous. Trying to get a drink cup and get the attention of an employee in order to get one took 10 to 15 minutes. Then we take the three grandchildren into the game room. They're so excited to play games. More than half of the games they wanted to play were unavailable AKA broken or needed service. How is that with a brand new store and why don't they have somebody servicing these machines regularly. This was a weekend which should be there money making time. Then they only had one person in the game room so getting help in there was absolutely impossible and when trading in their tickets we had to stand in line for quite a while. I hope they get their act together, but will be making the extra drive to Wentzville because that Pizza Ranch at least maintains their machines and they actually have more of them. I would think a new store would have machines that work and would have more of them. I can't tell you how disappointed we were and how disappointed the children were because they knew what a Pizza Ranch was supposed to be like and this was definitely not what they're supposed to be like.

Not worth the money. The pizza is just your run of the mill pizza you find at any pizza buffet the last 25 years. The salad was old and wilted. They don’t have enough people working there to clean the tables off. The fried chicken however was really good and the the soft serve ice cream was good.

Having previously eaten at Pizza Ranch in both Bettendorf and Muscatine several times, my expectations were quite high. Unfortunately my visit to the location in Cottleville was a total let down. The Pizza was subpar at best. I have had much better from the frozen pizza section at the grocery store. I guess if you have kids and you set your sites low when it comes to the food, then your kids will enjoy the arcade at the very least. Sorry to see that they have turned Pizza Ranch into a cheap knockoff of Chucky Cheeses.

The salad bar is the coldest and freshest around. Fried chicken and other standard fare, pizza and dessert are out of this world. Staff is great, place is super clean, and love the Christian music playing each time I have been there.

Sorry ur getting this review.if you can't properly open and staff your place and only have 4 hour windows you should not have opened. Very poor business decision.on a Sunday you don't open till 4 pm is absolutely ridiculous.

Some revenue better than 0? It would have been Easier knowing months while it's being built to get things like that in order so you can open normally. 0 excuse. Sorry

I took one bite of the Macaroni and cheese pizza and started crying.never in my life have I had food so good.every bite healed my soul, and it felt like Gordon Ramsay himself was serving it to me with a loving kiss. I have truly felt one with the universe when eating here. 7/5 stars

Service here was terrible. Stood at buffet area for 5 minutes waiting to ask when more chicken would come out. When I asked one employee she said she had no idea then walked to the back came back out and proceeded to get herself food. Several employees were eating food when we walked in to pay and sit down. The cashier who checked us in had a mouthful of food. Most employees walking around playing on their phones. I think I'll stick with going to the Wentzville location.better employees and better atmosphere. The "employees" in cottleville don't want to work they want to play and get paid for it.

We have been there three times now. We love the food, it’s all delicious! We also have played in the arcade every time we have been there, because even at 71 we love arcade games! The best thing about Pizza Ranch is the manager Kelly and all the staff members. Kelly is always smiling and very happy. She remembers us every time we have been there. Kelly and her staff are non stop workers. We have never seen any staff just standing around, they are always cleaning up or bringing out more food, always willing to help. Love Pizza Ranch!
