Pizza Tascio Lee's Summit

HORRIBLE! Took 30 minutes to get a pizza made, and then it was burned cause they guy forgot about it. Got a second one made and thought it was alright. Until I got it home and it was undercooked. The dough was raw. Kansas city location is much better

My wife and I loved PInsa, which was in this location before. We were sad to see it go, but we tried Pizza Tascio last night and really enjoyed it. It's hard to find NY style pizza in KC so this is a welcomed addition that will make it into our restaurant rotation. It's a little on the pricey side, but it's really good NY style pizza.

I have been several times and not had a bad slice! Staff is friendly, place is clean, meals are filling and tasty!

This is a good little pizza place. I just got to come over here the other day to try it out on my wife shopping in the area and I was pleasantly surprised. Much better than the previous pizza establishment that had been here which was severely lacking in overall quality.

Pizza is great, but prices are rather high and they are always understaffed and you have to wait for carry outs. Went in last night and had to wait 20 minutes past the time they advised it would be ready.

Such a relaxing atmosphere. Service was fantastic, second only to the great pizza. This place is a must.

This place brings back some memories, Not to many places are this good. Had the double slice deal. Cheese and pepperoni were awesome.

Stopped in today after hearing about Pizza Tascio on 610 Sports Radio every afternoon. I’m a New Yorker that is a Chiefs Season Ticket Holder and have never been able to find pizza in the KC area that I would say lives up to NY pizza. That ended today when we ordered a pie in the Lee’s Summit location. The pizzaiolo (Jaime) was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make our experience amazing! No need to look for an authentic NY style pizza in the KC area again. We will be a customer for good! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Really great. Due to technical difficulties unrelated to Tascio, we had to wait to eat, but still good half cool.

Super friendly service. I can't believe this place isn't busier at lunch. For $10, drink and two slices just can't be beat. However, the cost of a full-sized pizza is cost-prohibitive. All is fine if I am dining by myself, but even with the regular discounts they offer through their rewards program, the cost of a full-priced meal for the family is not something we even consider. Don't get me wrong - I love the pizza here, especially the crust. But it isn't affordable when you go above a limited number of slices.

For real the best slice of pizza I have ever had. Jaime makes an insanely good deep dish! Def will be back

If you’re looking for NY Style pizza, this is the place. Stop in and grab a slice or two for lunch. It’s very affordable and friendly. Glad to have this business in my hometown.

Delicious authentic NY style pizza. My east cost hubby is happy and we have our favorite new Sunday lunch spot. I hope this place is here to stay)

Went in 2 hour before closing and asked for a whole pizza to be made fresh. The worker refuse to because he had some already made. When I explained I didn't want that one due to flies being all over the pizza, he told me he would open a window and let the flies out. Needless to say I walked out without a pizza and so did another customer. This place will not last if they don't pull it together.

We ordered a pizza through the website for a later pick-up, arrived 5 minutes before the pick-up was scheduled for and they hadn't even started our pizza.

We had to wait for them to make the pizza, then come to find out they are missing 2 of the ingredients for the "Pepperoni with hot honey, ricotta & basil. " So we literally were forced to purchase a pepperoni pizza with hot honey for $29.

They SHOULD have communicated that they were out of ricotta and basil when we showed up, and offer to make a different pizza they had the ingredients for. However they didn't even say anything and didn’t offer a discount. They did give us two extra slices of pizza, but that doesn’t fix the other pizza

Not worth the $30 for a pepperoni pizza with hot honey.

UPDATE: I have been back and my pepperoni pizzas' have had almost no pepperoni which is very disappointing because the pizza is good, however i ordered a pepperoni pizza and got like 10 total slices of pepperoni: (they didn't seem to care to fix their mistake and told me to select extra pepperoni if i wanted a normal amount for an upcharge

This pizza was amazing, it is like a New York slice. Some reviews that are bad I don’t know how they think it! It was so good and I honestly don’t know that after me and my family have had this pizza we will go anywhere else to get pizza. If you are looking for a New York style pizza in LS please come here!

It was so good the next day everyone at my work pitched in to get a pizza for all of us since they had never had it and everyone absolutely loved it!

Service was also fast and I found the employees very nice and friendly! I will definitely be coming back!

Pizza is good but over priced.
$30 for an 18” pepperoni pizza
Ridiculous!
Won’t be in business for long.

To be sure, it's been decades since I've been back in NYC. I've had many "NY style" pizza. But none of them brought me back like Pizza Tascio. Superb!
