It was the best experience I’ve ever had with any insurance company in my life. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and I appreciate the level of personal care they were willing to provide. Two words: Unreasonable hospitality!
Extremely tough to get in contact with someone to update policies. The price was ok. Our main contact Crystal left, or went on vacation, or something, and then it seemed like no one else could get anything completed. It usually took 3 calls minimum to get ahold of someone. Sent all my info in for my boat so it could get registered and after 1 hour on the phone it couldn't be finished; It still was never completed so I changed companies.
I had Allstate in WI and never had any issues, it was just this office specifically. They seem understaffed.
I wish there were people in the office during business hours. I also wish if there was no one in office, they gave a contact number for someone to talk to so we don't have to try and get ahold of general customer service
