All of the staff, is always friendly. If you have a question. They are more than happy to help you. I love the No Judging at Planet Fitness (they take that very serious). It is also very clean. They have taken every measure. To make sure we stay healthy as well as the employees. Thank you Planet Fitness

I moved out of town where I can not go to a planet fitness anymore because they all are hours away from me.so I need to cancel my membership I gave them a call and they told me I had to Write a CERTIFIED letter.or I have to go into planet fitness. So I’m sure you read where i live hours away from a planet fitness so that is off the table and to write a certified letter (not sure what that means) but to mail a letter would take at least 2 weeks and then another week for them to read it just for them to charge me again. Don’t get a planet fittness membership ever it’s not worth the hassle

Planet fitness is always nice to workout at, but the Republic PF doesnt have as nice of equipment as the kansas one. I feel like some of the weights on the same machines are lighter.

Love Planet Fitness.however due to covid they have had to cut the hours which makes it difficult to be consistent. Not their fault though, glad to have a gym with a ton of variety.

I have always loved this planet fitness, they are taking good measures for COVID, closing every other work out machine and making sure all of them are whipped down

I am very impressed with this gyms cleanliness after our return from covid break! Every time I’m in there, they are cleaning equipment and refilling sanitizer! I feel safe while there! Thank you to the amazing employees at the West Republic rd location!

Absolutely love this place. Ever since I graduated from Missouri State University back a couple of weeks ago, I have looked up this place and the gym is outstanding. Have signed up for a membership a couple of weeks ago and will still continue going there.

It’s okay for the price. Wasn’t given a tour. So, didn’t really know how to use anything. Ours was closed today w/o explanation, so I had to drive 20 mins.

The staff are very friendly and do a good job of making their rounds to clean the equipment. However, they can not control the members.

Most of the members will clean the equipment after they use it, but there is a portion of members that do not. I would highly recommend cleaning the equipment before and after.

I definitely like my south side location better then the Campbell location. It's less crowded.sometimes lol. I have started going at night to avoid the mass amounts of people that are usually at he gym period. I love that at night there's only about 10 people in the gym. Never have to wait for a machine.

Planet fitness is a decent gym for the price. There is always a way to get a quick pump. If you are trying to get into real shape, they don't always have all of the equipment though.

You can get unlimited massages in the massage chair and hydro massage bed tan every day for $20 a month? Massages usually cost $80 an hr thats amazing

It’s okay, but the facility is WAY too small for the amount of people there sometimes. You have to go either at 5am or midnight in order to have room to work out.

I absolutely love Planet Fitness. It is RIGHT by my house and they're open 24/7 so it's very convenient. They get a lot of criticism for giving out free pizza and bagels, but that's not a reason to dislike them any. You should have enough self control to not eat anything they provide, so them giving out free food should be of no concern to you or affect you in any way.

I feel so comfortable working out here! And it's super affordable. Definitely recommend.

Inexpensive, non judgemental, friendly staff, clean, free fitness trainer, excellent equipment from weights to massage.

The staff is friendly and they have more equipment than any other gym I've even been too. The price is very reasonable, and unless you visit between 4: 00 pm-8: 00 pm it's easy to rotate thru machines without waiting.
