Planet Fitness, Florissant MO

The husband and I are "regulars" if you will. Have been going to this gym for over 2 years now. In order for this review to be 5 stars, Planet Fitness would need to care about their parking lot and the lack of security. People parking in the handicapped spots who should not be or that does not have a handicap sign; people with canes/wheel cheers do workout there and need those spots available to them. We personally experience ATTEMPTED THEFT TWICE. The first time was about a year ago, walking into the gym and the husband turns around to see teenagers surrounding our vehicle. Second time was recently, my Malibu got broken into, along with 5 other cars! Luckily they didn't take anything, but still an inconvenience and cost me money to replace a window. To know that their parking lot is not safe for their customers or their staff.says a lot.

Facility is clean, dressing rooms are not spacious but sufficient for the need, equipment is in good repair. Staff is willing to help if asked. Facility is a little cool, but that is expected.

If you are looking for weight machines or free weights, it is here. Multiple choices for cardio and separate rooms for exercise are available. A nice Facility.

I'm just getting back into the gym and planet fitness is the best place to start. The 30 minute express workout makes it so simple for new comers.

Friendly service, they do need to change their bulbs on bed five and six more, some of the lights been out for a long time

Always clean, machines always work and plenty of room to do your thing. Staff friendly and always keep the place clean.

Customer reservice sucks none at all getting billed money coming out of my bank account. But being told I can't enter there Jym.until I pay my membership fees. But yet they already took the money out of my checking account.

Bolts from the machines seats coming out, cables machines are broken (everyday thing) if they took care of their facility THEY wouldn’t need to be “notified. ” Kids take over and allowed to walk around with book bags. This locating turns into a hangout spot after 6 for kids and folks not looking to workout. This locating is newer but you feel like it’s in the hood after you pull in and enter. Staff doesn’t sanitize areas like I’ve seen at other locations. Break ins are insane. Feels like a YMCA instead of a professional commercial gym. If they cared they would show it actions not in commenting back in the review section. Wouldn’t recommend going after 9pm; help eliminate the risk of auto theft to your car. I had high hopes for this location but now im considering a new gym until I move. I’ll add pictures of the damage machines they KNOW are broken later. If they fix the maintenance issues and stop allowing kids to hang out who aren’t even touching equipment for hours (literally sitting at benches talking) I’ll change my stars.

This is the only one I found in the area that has red light therapy without the tanning booth if you're using the one with a tanning booth you can only stay 6 minutes if you have just read like therapy you can stay 12

Do not use this facility. Your car is not safe from breaking in, gym rules not enforced, and I was nearly assaulted by patron of gym who then waited outside for me. Request Regional Manager to call police and they did not. Told me it's not their concern outside of their doors. Well, canceliing membership and going to club fitness.

Love this location! Very clean and friendly. The members are pretty welcoming. The managers and staff are also super helpful. They always make me feel safe and welcomed!

Great but the showers have low water pressure and no hot water but over all it was great glad I made the move they just need to work on the hot watter

The gym is really nice and the staff is very attentive. The management there is very kind and helpful. I was there today and watched them get screamed at by a woman who didn’t want to have her picture taken like everyone else, and management kept their cool. It’s a shame they have to deal with such abuse, but they are amazing at their jobs! Would absolutely recommend to my friends.

They apparently don't do day passes even though the planet fitness website says they all do day passes lol get real

Very sanitized, I recommend this fitness place to anyone whom is looking for a great work out and then follow up on a nice tan.
