Try to get a car for the day, didn't happen, I scheduled a reservation for mid week if one was a available. Not sure if they had it or not. I'm letting collision cen ter handle it.

Super clean, expansive and roomy, bright and well laid out, easy to find and access from the main airport facility, friendly staff!

Check in was quick and easy. The shuttle driver Hector was courteous and helpful. Bring your own GPS, getting out of LaGuardia is also challenging.

Fast and easy experience. Need to take a shuttle from the airport to the car rental place.

Been a 3 year long customer paying faithfully with them until they allowed an unknown to pay for one of my balances that leaded to a charge back did not collect proper information about the person so I ended up having to pay it back as quickly as possible to keep my car on when I asked questions I received nothing but attitude from staff member Chloe but with the extreme prices you pay bi weekly already don’t expect understanding when something goes wrong they are not on your side it’s about the money and money only BIG HELP for quick jam Nothing good for long term lesson learned!

It's called planet rent to own, but "we don't rent cars no more". Figure that one out

They did a great job on my rear brakes and they didn't take long. I was also happy with the price

The lady at the front desk is rude and try to rush you out by saying there’s going to be a long wait. I came and told them what’s wrong as soon as I gave them my keys they looked at my car. She is very rude
