First time here, wasn’t a long wait, the tech she cares about what she does and pays attention to the skin underneath on or whatever she pays attention to it, I definitely will come back to her, I don’t care if she does listens to her videos

DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT GO HERE. They cant do nails or feet they only thing thats good is the eyebrows and kim/kimberly is the ONLY person who waxs so u have to wait 1 hour-2 hours for eyebrow wax in between her doing nails. They are closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Start supporting black because they dont give a f about us here. Our money good but not us.

I absolutely loved the experience. The Technicians were very polite and welcomed you as you came in the door. The wait was exactly what they said it would be. Everyone was jovial and laughing making my Pedicure a wonderful and relaxing experience. I will be going back there again definitely. The place was also very clean.

This place is most definitely a major NO! My nails look like big veneers and my 10 year daughter got a gel manicure and polish on her toes and they charged us 42 dollars for her. For one she nicked my daughters fingers not once but three times and we told her and she acted like she didn’t know what I was saying! And for two I kept saying that I wanted my daughter to get a gel manicure do you know that she took the previous polish off of my babies fingers and was about to put on another polish? Did not clean my daughters nails or anything so I told her HEY can you clean her fingers and she proceeds to say oh you wanted a gel manicure? UMMM YES! I said it about two or three times to you. I don’t understand why they charged a child $30 for a gel manicure that was poorly done! LE NAILS would never! We were charged together $100.00 and I most definitely didn’t give a tip. Also the guy that did my fill in did not shape my nails correctly at all, did not understand what design I were asking for, he then made my nails very bulky and fat I had to tell him to go back over my nails, and now today the paint is chipping off. We just went yesterday. This was the worse experience ever at this place! I would never ever go back. I should have followed my first mind and went to my regular tech but I wanted to have a mommy and daughter day with my baby. NEVER AGAIN.

It’s the fact that I waited an hour to be serviced just for two other women to come in an the owner ask who is next? Keep in mind the owner was doing someone else nails the whole time I was there and we kept making eye contact (me and the owner) I almost felt like he wanted to see a fight or start some drama due to the fact he KNEW I was next but still asked the women that came in after me… and this was my 2nd time going to this place I was starting to like it until my 2nd visit I will not be back

I give a 2 because the first time I came it was great i made an appointment, and they got right to me and was excellent.
2nd time i made an appointment (gel fill and gel pedi)
when i walk in she was in the middle of doing someone’s nails (no biggie) But they had just sat 2 people down for a pedicure. I mentioned my appointment (she looked at her phone and saw the appointment) so I asked could she get me next she said no, someone was sitting there waiting for her afterwards…
Highly irritated and disappointed because what’s the use of taking the time to make an appointment if it’s not going to be honored.
I even called the shop a couple days prior to confirm. I live 30 minutes away. And they weren’t even apologetic

I got the same service I get my regular salon for 85 dollars. They charge 114. For basic service nothing extra nails not long. They do not tell that nails or 40 then 15 extra for gel polish. Almost 70 for a basic pedicure that was not done correct. This for my wedding the service was horrible. Will never go there again

Kayla and a man there are rude as hell. Over price for nails. Don’t go. You’ll end up fighting. They always lieing about prices.

I’ve been going here for a while now. Tina and Kayla are both amazing. I like to go when they first open to get in and out. I’m there faithfully every two weeks. I don’t need to be because my services last, I just like to switch up my colors.

Very clean very professional n My nail experience was fun n nice. My God mother liked her nails also.

When I say they were extremely professional the eye for detail was immaculate and the sanitation was very very up to par.

Kayla is a scam artist! They change the prices and over charge every time! Watch out! They service is poor

They have great costumer services, very helpful an they take there time doing your nails the way you want some what pricey but it worth it.

The technicians act in a professional manner and perform quality work. I have always left fully satisfied with my pedicure and manicure.

Platinum Nails will do a great job no matter what the services are. I'm not a regular at this establishment, however I think the pricing is questionable. I don't believe a pedicure should cost $43. The employees do an Awesome Job! The older gentleman did my pedicure so he did a good job. Its just the pricing is what threw me off.
