Plato's Closet, St. Louis MO

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me find a shirt I had seen someone else trading in earlier and wanted.

I shopped at this location this past Monday and my experience was good. One of the workers who helped me out with opening the fitting room was very nice and was all smiles. A lot of the workers there did have smiles. But I did notice one worker who seemed rude. When a customer wanted the store to hold her clothes for a few minutes while she went next door, the employee gave an attitude and rolled her eyes. She had long brown hair and was short. By reading the reviews of people who sold to this location, I personally wouldn't want to sell here. And yes I know how the process works. I work at a sistering store in Kirkwood. This platos closet location is lucky someone hasn't evaluated the customer service and made a report.
Update I dropped off my clothes and they said itll be done in 2 hours, it's been 4 hours and they still haven't gone through my stuff! THIS IS REDICULOUS! I should actually do a store evaluation here! Pisses me off!

I was in heaven! So much stuff! Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was that the staff wasn't very helpful. They seemed more interested in other things. They were busy though. All in all, worth it! Making plans to go back soon. Can't wait!

I shop at Plato's Closet. It's the place to shop. There up on fashion But, the Prices could be a little lower. I Love the store itself they moved. They moved on the same Side as T. J. Maxx in Fairview. When shopping there let them know Bobo says, HELLO.

Took several bags of clothing for trade. They went through and took out what they wanted for themselves and said there wasn't 1 piece of clothing they could use. There were several brand new items with the tags still on them and the rest was very gently used, no stains and nothing torn that wasn't bought torn.
