Platte-Clay Electric Cooperative reviews
13Cut down my trees but didn’t clean up the mess around it lol funny guys. It’s a shame this is who we have to deal with
I have to change my password every time I login. The website is a disaster it's not a friendly app.
We've never had a problem with any service requests and outages have been few and short. All other contact has been excellent.
Moved here from Nodaway County and Evergy one year ago. Not a single outage since moving here on 7/! /2020. Evergy can't say that!

We have been a member for over 20-years, never been disappointed with Platte Clay Electric's service, their staff or line crews.
Platte-Clay has wonderfully reliable and cost effective electricity. I really like the help they (Dave) supplies in making our home more energy efficient. We all need to work to use less energy.
Great customer service, my service reliability and quality has been second to none! Love our Cooperative!
We have experienced excellent service for 26 years, and I especially appreciate hearing that PCEC employees sometimes assist other parts of the country during times of trouble. Thanks PCEC for all you do.
Thankful I've had no power disruptions. Could do more to assist seniors on fixed income.
We've been customers since 2005 and are very happy with PCEC. Very happy with their customer service. We've only lost power a few times and have no complaints at all. Keep up the good work!
Love em! Held strong on the cold snap while I watched all my work colleagues suffer rolling blackouts with the other guys, randomly disappearing from zoom meetings. I was glad to be in the competitor's Northeast coverage gap: D And for a largely rural service, they're very progressive on renewable energy resources. They put out a decent community magazine every so often that actually has good information in it.
Helpful people everywhere. Great information and always willing to answer questions and find solutions. Never said that about a power company before. Much more than. Just a power company.
Power is up 99.9% of the time. They are nice and have fast customer service. They go above and beyond.
