Platte Purchase Park reviews
16The Platte Sports Complex is laid out with enough baseball fields to keep the kids busy in baseball, and for their younger siblings, while they wait for the games to end they can enjoy a playground that is sure to exhaust them!
We like the park but it does need a little love and care because the walking trail has some safety concerns and could use a little maintenance. Plus, construction outside the park makes it a little more challenging to get to than in the past. Still, we like to go here because it's not overly crowded.
Nice new toys. Great for kids 3&up. No restrooms and only one bench to sit on that's not easy to see your kid playing, so I suggest bringing your own chairs.
Nice quiet park where I can go to get some quick exercise in by walking the path which is 1 mile. I've also seen a lot of wildlife in the area including deer, rabbits, snakes, turtles, and even a coyote. Would be nice if there was a dog park in the area as a lot of people walk and let their dogs run around here.
Its ok.a littls too isolated, makes a girls nervous.but sometimes its nice to walk the dog and not be bothered.could use better lawncare maintenance
Nice quiet park with several ball fields and an asphalt paved walking trail through the center of it.
My kid loves this place. She loves how many things there are to climb and do. She also loves the swing. She will twist herself on the swing then let go! It's so fun! ️
This park misses the mark. There's always repairs that need to be done and it's in rough shape.
Really nice and convenient park, paved walking path, big open areas for dog's to run around. Will definitely be back.
This park is awesome I brought my dog here to run around and have fun and that’s what he did and the playground is so fun also I love the swings.
Tracy burden and I met up there to spend some alone time together and it was a night to remember
It's a really nice place. Baseball fields. Only thing that was meh was the lack of abundance of playground equipment.
Up on top of a hill so wind made it feel colder than it was. Nice variety of items for kids to play on.
Hardly anyone ever there. Small playgym. One mile paved walking trail. Not much to look at in terms of nature, but it is quiet and clean.
They have the gates closed so you have to park a little further away. It's hard to squeeze a stroller through what little walk way there is between the gate and the fence. There is also a giant home in the playground ground right at the bottom of a slide which kids can trip on when running around.
Park needs a little basic maintenance done. Over all great little playground for the kids to play.
