Plattsburg Floral

Literally just in the shop to purchase something and got told to leave by a woman when I was waiting for the gentleman to get off the phone. Rude!

Since I know the previous owner of this business, I called after the flowers my daughter order were delivered late Tuesday and left a message that I was displeased. No one bothered to call me, so I guess I need to leave a review. By Saturday, even the carnations were brown. I am sure my daughter in TX paid a lot for these and will ask her not to order flowers for me again.

Beautiful arrangement and wonderful customer service! They weren’t able to deliver the day of as they had run out of some of the particular flowers needed for the arrangement I chose, so they promised to add a few more flowers to the arrangement and deliver the next day which they made good on and they looked amazing!

The only reason I’m giving a one star rating is because the arrangement is beautiful. The owner was incredibly rude and unapologetic for an error HIS employee made. I just lost my mother and you’d think he could show some compassion. I hope to never receive anything from this rude and extremely unprofessional florist ever again.

Plattsburg Floral did a fantastic job with my mom's birthday flowers! I ordered online and they took care of the rest. She was thrilled with the beautiful arrangement.

This is such a delightful local florist. I needed to find a shop who could deliver the next day to Lathrop Mo and this one was perfect. Designer's choice arrangement created a beautiful bouquet for a 14 year old girl's birthday!
