I really liked the store and how they have the ability to buy your old equipment. The golf clubs that are available seemed like a good selection. I also liked that they actually had weights that were rubber or cast iron.

Had a golf club regripped, after I chose the grip I wanted, it took them maybe 5 minutes to get it finished and the price was very reasonable.

They are very quick in asking if they can be a help to you. They have a wide selection of exercise equipment used and new. I am very pleased with what I got there

Response to play it again. What a response lol! You try to make a jab by saying I only brought in a pair of used cleats when we both know that's completely inaccurate. You forgot to mention the baseball helmets, brand new baseball pants, a brand new pair of soccer cleats, and yes a pair of cleats that my son wore once before the pandemic stopped sports a few years back. Lol and if you don't take these things then you should update your website where it literally says that you do. Used cleats ok.

Took a bag of gently used sports equipment and apparel and they offered 20 in store credit. It felt like a complete rip off. It is what it is but I felt like because it was me and my 12 year old son they tried to take advantage of the situation

Bought my son a golf club and a cup of golf balls. Great prices, staff was polite and helpful

Friendly employees helped us find the right cleats! Had the sizes we needed! If you ever need baseball glove repairs the fellow that does the repair is second to none!

There are a variety of products to choose from and the staff are always willing to take the time to help, answer questions and check on you during your shopping experience. By the far one of the best places with great customer service. Always recommend!:)

We've purchased many items for our gym here, including our treadmill. It started to make a noise so I called and Mark came out to look at it. He was very kind, explained everything to me, and then again when my part came in. Lovely service every time we work with anyone here.

Well, the last time I was in a Play It Again was in Des Moines, IA many years ago. They had used equipment. I'd say this was 3 times the size I expected and had more new than old! I was there to run in and buy a used softball to shape an old glove I came across. And amidst a large basket of what looked like brand new softballs, I did find a cruddy old old softball! Just what I wanted! So, then I forgot about my wife waiting on the car because I had walk the store. This is much closer to a full fledged, broad activity sporting goods store. I was doing OK working my way from right to left. I was down to one more aisle. I looked up and saw the longest, highest 2 rows of brand new baseball gloves I've ever seen! The seemed to have every manufacturer represented, from A2000 down to Franklins. It was the only time I've been able to view the differences first hand.then, of course, I walked to the counter with my old softball, cursing my 74 stuff years and 300 pounds. Every spring I get this way and though I can't move much anymore, it was still the biggest thrill I've had in a year. Maybe 10!

Good deals but employees were not very helpful to me and my daughters. They seemed to only talk to males working. We figured it out but kind of rude

I called to inquire about the prices of their pickle ball paddles, and was told from $20-$100. I arrived at the store 15 minutes or less after placing the call. I could not locate the $20 paddle and inquired. The clerk informed me "they must have sold out of them, but their best deal was now $54 for two paddles and two balls". That might be a deal, but not the price I was quoted on the phone. The clerk said they were sorry, but it does not impress me when they try to upsell you on a product they quoted you on the phone for $34 less.
