When I first moved in the unit was not ready for my arrival. During my time here my apartment flooded, was infested with ants, and did not properly heat in the winter until heat strips were installed 2 weeks later. Currently, whenever the elevator is in use my apartment is filled with a loud noise that impedes my right to quiet enjoyment. I would consider living elsewhere when searching for an apartment.

Don’t waste your time. Management was decent but ownership is not. Find a complex that cares.

This place is terrible, in two years everything that could go wrong did. My apartment flooded twice. My neighbor’s apartment caught on fire, and management didn’t put a fan up to disperse the smoke until 48 hrs after, so I had to find a place to sleep since I couldn’t breath in there. It smelled for weeks after the fire. The apartment is practically a frat house- it always smells like weed, heavy noise and trash. There is no parking. I had several packages stolen from the mail room. Do not move here. I’m paying double rent to get out of here, since management wouldn’t approve a subleaser.
