WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Don't bring your vehicle here if you need any kind of service. They commit fraud by telling customers there is more work that needs to be done than really needs to be done! If they can't get it out of YOUR pocket, they want it out of your insurance's pocket!

IT'S FRAUD!

I had a simple issue with my heater not wanting to come on and they wanted to charge me $5000 for a bunch of items that had nothing to do with the heater, as well as claiming that the heater motor was burned out and destroyed. I refused to pay them $5000 for things I didn't ask them to do and they insisted that if I didn't pay for all of that extra work, they would do NOTHING for me, not even fix the thing I actually wanted them to fix. They had already done an oil change, and instead of charging me $175 for that (which was ACTUALLY the ticket price) instead they charged me $400 for an oil change, which was INSANE! When I took the car to get a second opinion - the mechanic at the other shop informed me that they had committed FRAUD and lied to me about all the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. None of it needed to be done at all and the heater had just come unbolted which was why the fan wouldn't turn. So he bolted it back into place and sent me on my way for a charge of $75 bucks. In addition to that, they removed the plate and screws off my heater and they were missing when I took it to the other reputable shop.

The sales person was a liar, rude, disrespectful and dishonest. They will try to bully you into a fraudulent service repair job, or push you into trading it in for a new car so they can force you into a sale, all the while they get your car with very minor work needing to be done for a fraction of what it is worth.

DON'T BELIEVE THEM! TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My wife dropped our c300 Mercedes Benz off to be checked. The dealership gave us a loner car after they finished the car with no prior notice the service manager Craig Guenzler called saying he wanted the loner car right away or that the police would be called and also the car would be reported stolen. My wife and I both work and had no way of returning the car on his sudden demand.confused and fearful of being put in a bad predicament I left work right away to take the loner car back. This was a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional. Then when I finally get there and speak to Craig he stated that he didn’t want our business anymore which was a relief after being treat with such disrespect and being discriminated against. The service advisor Curtis Felix was the best part about our experience with Mercedes Benz dealership.

Plaza employee Quentin S. Johnson is just about the worst salesman I have ever came across. The dude is completely clueless. Terrible dealership, my recommendation would be to buy from another dealership

I can’t say enough about this dealership! I live 14 hours away and found the car I wanted here. Quentin, the online sales manager, is extraordinary! He answered a million questions, did everything I asked, answered every text and email, and was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable buying a car that I could not see or sit in in person. In fact he videoed and went over every single inch of it with me. The car arrived to me exactly as described and is a dream come true! Ignore any negative reviews about this dealership and trust me, you will be taken care of! 5 stars!

Visited for a recall. Not pleased I had to travel that far, but they were friendly and helpful. It did not take the 4 hours the paperwork stated - about half! And they have a great lounge with drinks and snacks, huge tv and comfy seating.

Tom Gibson in the sales department and Morgan Mikel in the service department were extremely accommodating. They were very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. They truly bent backwards to give me first class service. I strongly recommend Plaza Mercedes to anyone who is looking to buy a Mercedes!

Our service guy, Darryl, is a most competent professional. We received first class top shelf treatment throughout. The job was done efficiently and professionally. Our car is an older model (2011) and it is in great shape thanks to the timely and most excellent service we receive from Plaza. This ain’t our first rodeo and we can tell you they’re the best.

We purchased the expensive prepayment maintenance package yet when taking the vehicle for maintenance you always recommend more, uncovered, expensive maintenance work. This is irritating and causes distrust.

Very friendly service from the Sprinter service manager and had all records and parts available for excellent resolution of my problem with engine surging. Great job will definitely recommend.

Drove 150 miles on a 2018 GLA 250 and got a flat tire. The “special no-flat tire” malfunctioned (even after calling the service department to double check that I would still be able to drive on them to their location). After driving 3 miles on the flat because the car, the car became uncontrollable due to severe shaking and the tire was completely shredded. I unfortunately waited for 2.5 hours off the highway for Mercedes’ tow truck. I would have loved for this to be a fantastic customer service ending, but Plaza service department was not willing to help in cost. I feel since it was such a new purchase and the fact that these no-flat tires actually became flat and wasted so much unnecessary time, they should have taken some ownership. Won’t be using Plaza as my Mercedes dealership any longer.

Purchasing a new SUV was the easiest and most pleasant experience anyone could expect.
Our salesman, Jay Schuessler, did several door to door deliveries and took care of all the transactions needed in one afternoon. He even transferred two car seats which was totally unexpected.
I know Jay will be available when I want to explore more features about my car.

I called to ask the capacity of my vehicle by providing the year and model of my vehicle, they told me to look it up on the owners manual, I told her I don’t have manual with me and I really need to find it out ASAP if they can try, she replies “ there’s no way we could find out” with firm voice! (I’m making decision on buying camper trailer today and really Need to find out my vehicles capacity wish they could help, I’m very disappointed on their customer service!)

Alec, the service advisor, made the experience go smoothly and was very helpful. Previously, my emergency brake problem was taken care of and new wiper blades were installed. This time he explained everything that needed and will need to be done, and the pricing of those items. The car was finished and cleaned when promised. He's vey pleasant, knowledgeable, and an asset to Plaza. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful.
