Plaza Tire Service, Festus MO

I have used plaza tire for the past 25 years. I dropped my car off for a brake job. Turns out, I didn’t need one. They inspected and measured my brakes and pads. No charge. They could have changed my pads and charged but they didn’t. THIS is why plaza tire has always had and always will have my business

EXCELLENT service! I called ahead to make an appointment but we weren't completely sure what I needed. I stopped by so they could assess and was delightfully surprised to get a fabulous price on 4 tires they had in stock and they took care of me right then & there and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very happy!

Easy to use website, very friendly staff. Had four tires put on in an hour. I will definitely be back!

Had an alignment done. Apointment was at 3. They didn't take my truck around to begin the alignment until about 4. I waited there the entire time on a Saturday. It took about an hour to do. I did mention to the guy at the counter that I had been there way to long and he gave me a discount off my service plus a store coupon. Upon paying my bill he only took the coupon off my service. I questioned the other discount I was supposed to get and he gave me an additional ten dollars off. I do appreciate the integrity of the gentleman there. I'm happy with the work just it took a lot of time.

Amazing customer service at the Festus Plaza Tire store. The place was VERY busy. Went in for a flat repair and was out of there in less then an hour with a new tire because I drove on the flat tire and tore it up. I should have known better!

They were fast with quoting me prices for several different tire options. Explained the warranty and got all 4 tires replaced fast!

They were so helpful answering my questions.
I got right in as soon as I arrived!
These guys are the best when it comes to service. I have come here before and every time I’m a happy customer!

Used a coupon, only to be charged "shop fee" what a joke. Quick service though. Last time I went there they lost my center caps. I highly doubt I'll go back.

I like Plaza Tire. They are always reasonable priced. They also don’t say a lot of things have to be done to my car when it doesn’t. I appreciate that.

Steve has been helping my family at Plaza for as long as I can remember. He loves helping people with their tire needs and is always a friendly face.

Went to another local company first for oil change and tires, waited over 4 hours for them to still not get to the tires- I told them to pull the car out from the garage for me to go elsewhere- went down to Plaza and within the hour they had 2 new tires on and balanced. Thanks again Mike- I will definitely be back

Great service. The guys were helpful and seemed to care about helping me along with being friendly and accommodating. As I waited for my vehicle, I observed the service professionals to be helpful to other customers and professional. I would highly recommend this location.

Sister-in-law took my old car to get inspected so she can get it in her name. It passed just fine, but they tried to sell her a wheel balance for the rear wheels (just rotated and balanced a few months prior) and a brake line flush (they didn't even work on the brakes) and some other non-issue items. She did have an issue shortly after, turns out they didn't tighten the lug nuts on the one wheel they took off. Thankfully I figured it out before she lost a wheel. Seems to have gone lax in the quality of work in the last few times I've been. It used to be a great place to take my stuff and I did so all the time. Hopefully they can bounce back again.

Great and friendly the reason I gave 3 stars is that I called made an appt and it took 11/2 for a basic oil change and two other oil changes that came in after me left before me

Wheel alignment was great, only downside i asked for the part replaced to be put into my car when i picked it up NOT thrown away it was a brand new part that was just wrong and i was going to return it

Quality mechanics here guys. They will fix your car good as new and recommend things to you only if they feel need to be done. And they won’t get mad if you take your car home and fix it yourself after they tell you what’s wrong. Only bad thing is the waiting area is small and you can be waiting for a long time for something small.

Good overall service despite the wait. One of their inspectors was on vacation and it took 45 minutes to get our vehicle in the bay. There was good communication however, from Robert about the issue.

I made an appointment to get my cooling system flushed. They got me in right on time and completed the service in less than an hour. Great job guys!
