I was surprised by the 150 charge for assessment of problem I was not told about and when I had to take the car back because the oil was leaking all over the engine bay the next day they fixed it but not even a sorry for the inconvenience. There are a lot of other places to get cars fixed. Customer service should still mean something.

This afternoon I had a great visit to plaza Terra 30 the manager helped me so easily and put me at ease for my problem. This was a great experience. I understood everything that was going on. And only waited a short time before I was. Pleasing me happy with what had happened? They replaced a tire for me, put my spare in the trunk and had me ready to go within a within an hour at the most. Yes, I do appreciate closer time. We're having Hollywood man everybody in the place loved it. We're recommended to whoever I run into Hereford a great experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

If your not buying tires, avoid this place. Labor rate is 175.00 per hr. Dealer prices. Try to sell you services you dont need, and they mark up the parts almost double for what you can get them for. Avoid if possible!

So I’m just pulling out of Plaza Tire on Mexico. Front desk employee John helped me. When I have car issues I’m in a bad mood. I have a 2016 Limited Ford Explorer AWD. For starters the spare that came sucked so I was angry. But John went above and beyond to help. I just moved to the area and will be a loyal customer because of him.

This place is the best! We thought we needed to replace our tires but they were still under warranty from getting them done prior so we got a leakage issue fixed with no coat to us. They are extremely knowledgeable, quick, and don't take advantage of their customers. I appreciate them so much!

I went in the the store several times before actually getting tires. They were very helpful and friendly. They helped me pick out tires that were what I wanted and needed. I highly recommend this store.

As always, they took good care of my aging vehicle. I always get my tires here because their prices and service are amazing! I know they will stand by the guarantees and they have no problem working you in for balancing and rotation (and it costs nothing if you buy the package when you buy your tires). They provide a thorough inspection report, everytime, and are always knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this location and will continue coming here for all tire and suspension support. Was on my way to work and found that I had a screw in my tire. Went to a competitor and they couldn’t even look at my tire until late that afternoon. Went to Plaza and they got me in right away. Unfortunately the tire could not be fixed but they let me know that right away. Went ahead and replaced all my tires and was done Very Quickly. Thanks Plaza!

When facing a substantial repair bill I asked if a Plaza Tire Service account could be an option. I was directed to the terms and conditions involved with this service and accepted. This was beneficial, allowing me to spread my payments over time instead of such an out of pocket expense.

I've been going to Plaza Tire since 1999! Greg has been there the whole time, and it was his honest, straightforward and respectful treatment of me and my family that got me sold on his establishment.

I somehow made my appointment at a different store than what I thought. Thankfully, this Plaza Tire location was able to accommodate me immediately. My wife’s car was in need of a new tire and I was heading out of town so I really needed to get it fixed. They got it done.

Prices for tires are good and everyone is very friendly, but when I got into my car to leave I found they had left a large black stain on my carpet. There was no paper mat on the floor so I'm assuming they didn't use one. I hope it comes out when cleaned.

I set up the appointment online. Plaza Tire made it so easy. I was able to decide on which tires I wanted. Mike called to confirm the order and make certain that he had the tires I wanted in-stock. It was easy and I'll use them again

Needed my tire plugged was in and out just like that PRONTO! Fantastic customer service and also gentleman was generous enough to give me a quote for sure for a battery. 1st time customer but will always continue to return back most definitely.
