I can't think of a word grandiose enough to fully encapsulate how well taken care of I felt by the Manager, Michael, so I will have to make one up: "Scrumtrelessant". If you take your vehicle anywhere else you're crazy! ;-)

I really appreciated how easy it was to get my flat tire fixed. I brought it in the same day and it was quickly patched. Staff were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend.

They did exactly what I asked, they were quick and thorough. Im thankful they got me in right away as I needed two tires to leave for vacay.

They were very busy but they made time to inspect and replace my tire. Fortunately, I had a warranty so the tire was replaced for a reasonable fee.

The gentleman greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I stop there cause my car was shaking really bad and I'm from Indiana. They checked everything out told me the problem.

Plaza Tire Service always takes care of my tires quickly, just as they did today. Due to my service plan, today's repair was free!

People are very friendly but busy. They couldn't get to my tire until later in the day and I didn't have that much time to wait. They did their research and the tire was under warranty. I will return for my tire needs.

I have used Plaza Tire for years, but I can honestly say that after witnessing Michael treat customers the way he did I will NEVER use the downtown location again! If he is your best customer service representative, then you should think about getting someone else. I actually felt sorry for the college age young lady that didn't know the information (phone number) under the account. Even my sixteen year old picked up on his attitude.

I wish that I could give zero stars because Michael doesn't deserve one!

I had a screw in my tire. I was able to drop off the truck and get it back in about an hour. Quick and easy.

Great service, got a call saying I could come in a day before my scheduled appointment. They got the vehicle in right away. Kept me informed on everything that was happening. Very happy with the service

The gentleman that helped us was nice but for 2 tires to be replaced took 5 hours. If you have all day this place may work for you but if your passing through and need a new tire I would suggest just look for another place.

They patched my tire quickly and went above by checking all of my tires for punctures. Will definitely recommend and go back.
