Plaza Tire Service, Chesterfield MO

My service at Plaza Tire Service was second to none. I called John on the phone at 12: 10 p.m. And asked him if I could come up to the Chesterfield location, and get a fast oil change. I let him know that it had to be done quickly because I would need the car back within 45 minutes in order to get to work on time. He warmly said, "bring it on up and I can get you in. ". I brought in my vehicle and he was so ready to get the car in the bay, and have his mechanic start the oil change. They had me taken care of in 25 minutes. Thanks to John, and the crew at the Chesterfield location. You all are amazing. You've definitely earned a return customer from here on out. I will be back for more service very soon. You guys are amazing! Thank You very much!

The service for my vehicle started at the time of my appointment. That is a really nice thing.

They did what they said they would at a good price. $25 for a tire rotation and they didn’t get pushy with extra work

Just had emissions testing done but they did it while I waited. The guy held off going to lunch to accommodate me. AND it passed!

I don't know what's going on with this place, if it's the management or the lack of training, but I shouldn't have to clean greasy hand prints off the door of my truck every time it's driven in and out of the bay. Nor should I have to go searching for the valve stem caps that were left off both the first time the tire repair was done on my truck and the next day when I had to return due to the repair leaking.

I waited a few days before responding to the text I received requesting a review of the place. Three days later, I'm still upset about the way my vehicle was treated.

It only takes a couple of bad apples to ruin the bunch, and I truly wish I could recommend this tire shop to folks in the area, but my experience was not pleasant.

Best service I’ve had. Ask for Daryll high integrity very knowledgeable great service honest and professional I’m recommending to all my friends and family. I am super impressed and pleased with this Plaza Tire location and Daryll.

What a great team and great manager. I whipped in with an unexpected emergency and without batting an eye the boys had me diagnosed, fix3d and back on the road in an hour! I will be back for sure!

I have recently rediscovered plaza tire. I have purchased tires there before but for some reason overlooked their service side. Very good and reasonable.free tire repairs and rotation on tires purchased there.

Needed a State inspection fast and they were able to squeeze me in. Always have good luck here.

These guys have taken care of almost a dozen vehicles through me and I haven't had a problem with their service.

At the time I had my vehicles serviced which was last year 2/19/22 I couldn’t complain. Had a service issue this year that required documentation, 7/23. My service ticket was voided after paying cash for labor, parts were under their Autozone acct which I paid for with my debit card. Autozone didn’t have delivery driver and I picked them up myself and was asked “How would you like to pay today”? I paid for parts and my vehicles were serviced. Since then after questioning records I have spoken with Kieth, AKA “Regional Manager” actually marketing director, that my parts were delivered and I refused service and parts were returned. He took my email address and said he would provide documentation to me and now refusing to provide. I requested phone call from his boss and still haven’t received. I have all receipts and Kieth says it didn’t happen because “he wasn’t there”. Watch out for sketchy management in stores and never pay in cash for labor. You never know what happens after you leave with your vehicle repaired.

Amazing customer service! I needed an emissions test and after calling about 10 different auto shops that were scheduling appointments weeks out, they got me in and out in 15 minutes, in spite of the fact that they seemed very busy. They also did it with a smile. I will definitely be back and will consider them for future services. Thank you again!:)

Had my new tires on and oil changed in less than an hour. Wonderful customer service and the best Plaza tire I’ve been to and I’ve probably visited most if not all at some point and this one’s is by far the most efficient!
