Plaza Tire Service, Columbia MO

I needed air in one of my tires that was constantly going flat. The person in there was very willing to help me and to discuss what I needed to do. I decided to buy a new tire and it was reasonable in its price and it didn’t take long and I was on my way. I will be using Plaza tire as my go to service for my vehicle needs from now on.

Stayed after hours to get us done and back on the road. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been going to Plaza Tires on Smiley Lane, in Columbia Missouri for over 15 years. It’s because of the excellent service and fair pricing. The overall experience has always been pleasant. Plaza Tires has good, friendly and professional people working and if by chance something is not to your satisfaction, they stand by their work and have no problem taken care of it.

Went in for flat repair, ended up with 4 new tires and an alignment. Sharon and Chris did an excellent job evaluating the status of my car and made the correct recommendation to replace all of the tires. I highly recommend Plaza Tire on Smiley Lane. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff.

I dropped my car off at 10am, was told it would take 45 minutes for an oil change and alignment. When I came back at 2 to pick it up they hadn’t touched it yet.

They've always taken care of us and get to us asap even if it's not that serious chris and his crew go out of they're way to accommodate or needs

The Road Haze plan isn’t worth getting. It states a service is covered but when u take ur car in and they tell u it’s not covered under the plan. My Sister ended up paying for new tires and her tires only had 3000 miles

They never called me to let me know it was ready. When I back out of the parking parking space, my bumper was scratched from the curb.

Staff incredible customer service skills, I recommend all my family & friends co-worker etc. Brought my vehicle back to life.

Chis and his crew was professional they worked hard to get my daughters car back on the road. I knew exactly what was going on with it at all times and what it would cost and what time frame I would be looking at to have the car back. I’ve always had great experiences with the crew on Smiley lane I would definitely recommend their Buisness.

I could only afford one tire, and yes I have wire showing on two, but I needed to wait until next week to be able to pay for the other tire so I asked for just the one and they denied me service cause I couldn’t afford to put tires all the way around my truck at the moment. I really needed to start putting tires on my truck and was denied services by this place. I’ve never had this happen before.

Even though they forgot to put my oil cap back on and I leaked out quite a bit of oil. Plaza Tire made it right! Accidents happen and I will still take my car there!
