Having a bad experience with a set of tires purchased at plaza tire in festus, Missouri Since I purchased the tire in 10/22 all 4 of the tires has caused me problems. Even had to purchased new tires to replace some of them. The desloge plaza has worked with me on all of the problems. Not 100% satisfied all the time but they do their best. Just wish I could trust the tires to drive my car on long trips again.

Went in told them I needed a tire changed I was in the middle of trying to get a job done then they took the time to check the alignment and tried to sell me an alignment I also told then I'd take the tire with is still in my back seat still got charged for a disposal
Plaza tires in desloge is Awesome. I got me tennis shoes for the car, quite pleased. The guys down there are so nice and helpful
Excellent service was fast and Devin Harris was a huge help. Pointed out I needed a new lower ball joint.
Waited 7: 30am-5: 45pm on an inspection (should’ve taken 30 mins they weren’t busy) just for them to tell me I didn’t pass. They won’t pass you for the smallest stuff. Complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart.

Of all the plaza tire stores this one sucks. The attitude of the staff are ridiculous. I will never go to this location ever again.
