PNC Bank, St. Louis MO

I only go to this location because it's close to work. Can go during my break. Cash advance machine has been down for a month at least. Called today in regards to a transaction that didn't show on my transaction history and the young lady was very quick to send me back to the customer service line after I stated that I did call the customer service line and was already on hold for 45 mins. She stated that she wouldnt know the answer to my question and still wanted to transfer my. She didnt even TRY to use company chat or email. Passing the buck at its best.

Kyle was so kind to me. I accidentally came in 15 minutes before close and he stayed late to help me. What a great experience!

Have had great service through and through thus far. Sometimes a wait in the lobby to make a deposit, but not long.

No walk up atm. Doors locked. They allow pedestrians to use the drive through atm (far more discrete than getting money from the gas station next door.

Wow! My first time visiting. I arrived at 9: 55am. The bank opened at 10 am. There were no signs stating the lobby was closed. I luckily had my phone and could Google branch info.to find out why the doors were still locked at 10: 10 am. Drive thru was open. 2 cars ahead in drive-thru. The rep was polite and informative, but i was there til 10: 40 am. I've never experience that long of a wait. Crazy!

This is a very strange and inconvenient banking facility. All I come to do is make deposits for my employer and I’m waiting 30 to 45 mins at a time. It’s to a point where I don’t take deposits as I should. Excise of the wait times. There is one teller that isn’t even up in front all the time. They take people in the Rome even just for quick transactions and close the door so you really don’t know if the wait will be extremely long because there is no quick lane. I understand everyone is going virtual and atm but in these cases where you have to do a quick deposit u have to suffer.
