2We had a data breach over the weekend. We spent literally over an hour trying to talk to a person on the phone to get our debit and credit card secured. Then today went in to this local branch to get help with cancelling checks and one other debit card. The branch was severely understaffed and crowded with people needing service. The person at the door who was there to help was either unable or unwilling to be helpful. She could not seem to understand how to handle our data breach. Finally got help from one of the two tellers - she was a gem but one person cannot carry a whole bank. Then when I tried to use my new debit card it was not activated properly so had to sit on the phone some more. So disappointed with the service, response and help level during a pretty stressful time and feeling certain that most of the issues were handled with a few key strokes on a computer. If you are looking for a new place to bank, maybe go a different direction. They just made a bad situation so much worse.
Went in for 2 things. They weren't able to help with either and frankly didn't even try. Seriously considering just switching banks.
