Poage Chevrolet reviews
7Working with both sales and service was very easy, user friendly, and quick. The whole team s
Do not buy a car here. They did 10+ hard inquiries on my credit and now I can’t even get approved for a credit card with a 700 FICO score because I’ve had so many hard inquiries.
Always courteous, fast and dpne right only thing i would say is to wipe down stuff you get oil on especially inside. Its a 1 min task that makes all the difference
As happy owners of a 2017 corvette since 2020, my husband Jeff and I decided it was time to upgrade to the new C8 Corvette stingray. Being members of our local Corvette club, we were introduced to Joey Vassallo of Poage Chevrolet in Wentzville MO.
Joey did an incredible job, helping us to navigate the process of selecting and ordering the perfect corvette for us. Joey’s knowledge and expertise impressed us. His kind and friendly demeanor never faltered as he patiently responded to emails and phone calls over the months.
Our car finally arrived last week and Jeff and I excitedly headed to Poage to see Joey. Once again he made every step smooth and seamless. Joey went over every detail and as promised, the car was everything we had hoped for.
We would like to thank Poage and especially Joey for your honesty and professionalism. If you want to work with the best of the best, we suggest that you reach out to Joey Vassallo at Poage Chevrolet. Thanks for everything Joey!
I had the pleasure of working with Brett, our Salesman at the Chevy Dealership, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service he provided. From the moment I walked in, Brett's dedication to understanding my needs and preferences was evident. He took the time to listen, ask insightful questions, and truly cared about finding the perfect vehicle for me.
What stood out the most was Brett's genuine commitment to ensuring I made the right choice. He didn't push for a quick sale; instead, he guided me through the process, patiently addressing all my concerns and questions. His knowledge of Chevy vehicles was impressive, and he provided valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision.
But what truly sets Brett apart is his authentic and caring approach. In an industry where many are solely focused on making a sale, Brett's priority was my satisfaction and peace of mind. He went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase.
I don't typically leave reviews, but when you encounter someone like Brett, it's impossible not to acknowledge their exceptional service. Brett, thank you for your dedication, honesty, and genuine concern for your customers. You've set a high standard for what a car-buying experience should be, and I'm incredibly grateful for your assistance. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Chevy vehicle to seek out Brett at this dealership. He's a true asset to the team
Stopped by the dealer with a noise under the hood and made appointment for next day. Turned out to be water pump and was fixed and out of there in under two hours. Impressed.
I scheduled an oil change for a specific time when brought in I was delayed worker stated that they the appointment for 30 minutes later than me in first (he got there early?) So I got skipped had to walk around in the heat for 40 minutes I was on time
Next big issue was they NEVER RESET my oil light I have a 2001 Chevy Corvette
The Scary part was while driving my oil light popped on during drive at home I didn't drive my car for weeks since was nervous they underfilled oil didn't fully tighten oil filter had no clue once I got time to call them I talked to the manager he said he talked to the employee and " since my car was so old he didn't know how to reset it "
So INSTEAD OF TELLING ME.they let me drive off unacceptable
THEN to make the whole deal even worse the manager puts me on hold to find the directions he then gave me directions which didn't work. I almost went to another company to reset the light and Request a reimbursement for the cost because at that point I was very annoyed. In the end I had a mechanic come to my home to reset it (wasn't with poage) luckily a friend of mine so he reset it so bought him lunch
Was considering having it towed in case they improperly installed oil filter
So yes poage service department was to LAZY TO DO THERE JOB whether make a call to find info, search online, ASK A KNOWLEDGEABLE employee oh wait I guess not one employee in facility knew?
I want to mention they showcase corvettes in the main display and hold Corvette events
Yet the company didn't want to take the time to figure out how to reset light
I had under 12k on a 2001 oil light popping on scared me the entire drive home afraid to drive it
The manager didn't offer to bring car back up I even mentioned I wanted to schedule an appointment to have my oil light reset or checked to make sure oil level and or oil filter properly tightened
Both teenage employees who picked my car up. Ugh just I am not going to recommend this particular dealer so poage Chevrolet wentzville I would avoid they are young kids that can't even reset an oil light reset yes 2001 but all electronic has computer etc C5
Poage didn't offer to fix they expected me to waste my time why don't I change my oil at the same time I paid for poage to change my oil reset oil etc. My planned drive that week I cancelled. They aren't worried about making sure the work is done properly more of on and out cut corners
If you have a classic car or Corvette I would reconsider going to that location
