7Most the CNAs good but the nursing staff and head nurse terrible. Would never recommend them if you have a better alternative.
I stopped in for a visit with my grandma. Staff impressed me with their professionalism and kindness. Clean community areas.
Was left on portable potty for 2 hours. I could not walk on foot. My son and husband looked for help and it still took forever to get off it. Scary stuff. Slow to answer bells.

If it wasn’t for the very nice employees at Abbey Woods, I would only give Abbey Woods two stars. Abbey Woods needs to continue to make improvements. Their food is awful. Meals served to the residents should at least be. Halfway decent. One out of every 10 meals is good. Many areas of this place is in deplorable condition. I do not think maintenance exists.
Everyone at the facility has been nothing but helpful and caring. All have been taking excellent care of my family member.
