Food is good but Lord are they slooowwww. Everytime I've been here it takes forever, even when the line isn't that long.

Chicken was great as always but I don’t understand the on line order. I received a pick up time and paid for the order. When we got to the store we were told at the drive through that we had to wait in line to pick up our food. It took 25 minutes to get to the window to have the order handed to me. Poorly done and not thought out very well.

As a person who actually worked there. Don't go, its awful. Unsanitary, old food used, half the employees don't even do their jobs. Save your money and your time

Great chicken, friendly folks. Completely ineptly managed and staffed. The norm is not to be able to drive thru due to the CHICKEN restaurant never having enough chicken for the average meal. Many many times you have to pull forward and wait or sit in a very slow line.

Not talking crazy busy hours, or extreme circumstances - the decision makers make a conscious effort to either not staff enough workers to meet demand or have enough food prepared.

This is a smart financial decion, which I understand - but the customer pays for this inadequatecy. This is not FAST food.

The service was fast and food was fresh I mean wow. This is what I call legandary service and employees were great

This Popeyes is different in not having everything a regular Popeyes has. They do not have small butter to go with meals.
The Manager of this store needs to check for cleanliness more often. The hallway next to the restrooms had oil or grease on the floor, and the mensroom also had this oil or grease on the floor. The mensroom looked like it had not been cleaned since it opened.
I was there in the afternoon, which is concerning.

We got there at 9PM and ate in dining. The Floor waats just mopped and very slick. We got done at 9: 30 and they padlocked the doors so we had to get someone to let us out. Bathrooms had paper all over the floor. First time and last.

Tried the chicken sandwich here for the first time and it was pretty good. Gotta say better then chic fillets sandwhichs. The service there is quick and everyone there is real nice to all the costumers.

Ok this popeyes is pretty good I have to say
The only complaint I have is they do forget the sauces alot and the line gets aggravating with ppl waiting in line to order are cutting the ppl off that actually got their food. So after we had our food we had to wait for someone to let us through. The employees have always been nice when we have gone through there.

They'll gladly mess up your chicken tendies order and give you way more tendies than you ordered. Ask for more sauces, and you can tell they want to slap your mouth for having such an appalling request. They know the tendies to sauce ratio and you better like it.

I found 2 strings of hair in my food. I order. 3 piece chicken platter chicken look like 2 pieces. They forgot my coleslaw butter and honey and had to wait in drive up window for 20 minutes at 4: 05 pm on a Tuesday. Worse service ever and they just.open for business.

Very courteous she messed up an order and I came back and explained it and they had no problem replacing with the smile
