Don't promote the Hottie if you don't got the Hottie! Waited 30 mins in line and the guy said they haven't had it weeks. Brooo.yall had signs everywhere! You couldnt slap a discontinued or take just take them down. Lazy management.

I ordered a eight piece all white and they have the nerves to throw in a thigh and place of one of the white meat

Worst Popeyes in the city, the employees are the worst & always running outta chicken. I just sat in the drive thru 27 minutes & it was only 3 cars in front of me. This is ridiculous!

Family just came back from ordering through the drive-thru and I have never been so upset over a $33 30 minute purchase. So many things were wrong with the order:

1. Instead of a large no ice regular coke, it's a medium no ice cherry coke (though my husband like this, it tastes like medicine to me)
2. Instead of red beans and rice on my husband's meal, he received fries instead
3. What happened to dip sauces?
4. In my child's meal was 12 nuggets whereas my husband received 6. Usually not that big of a deal but what if this was like his normal lunch and he took his meal to work? No good.
5. Never had to do this before. Its sad that I had season my chicken. It was bland.

I wasn't going to complain but after 4 orders previously getting messed up. I just need this location to get their act together and actually give people what they order and not just stick whatever into the bags.

I ordered my food on Popeyes app, I go through the drive-thru (waited 20 minutes) and they say they don't even have it on the computer. So I get out of the car and then the security guard comes to the door and said are you going to hurry up or what I'm not going to hold door forever, and at this time my son is getting my chair out of the car and I said I'm disabled he's getting my wheelchair it'll be a second. So she shuts the door. So I had to wait for her to come back and let me in. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Like they say if you ain't got nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all. So I'll just shut up. Poor service. Worst fast-food restaurant ever that I have been too.

Close this location completely down or fire the current employees and hire competent ones! Went yesterday at 7: 25pm, drive thru had 10 cars in line. I went inside only to be told they were out of chicken! Ridiculous place. So y’all out of chicken and still have over 2 hours left to be open.

Slowest fast food place ever! Be prepared to wait a good 30-40 in the drive thru. For them just to ask what you ordered when you reach the window

If it is fast food then why wait in line for 30 min long. This is sad in America that people don't have the sense of urgency. Pathetic place to get your food due to certain selections not available even though the sign displays of what you can order.

Horrible service! The young kids working in there were just talking about their personal business and we were just all waiting around looking, and wondering when we were going to be helped. I was next in line, but they took so long that I didnt even order I just left. Same Popeyes on 31st nothing has changed I used to work there when I was 17 and I'm 34 now NO DA** difference.

I absolutely loved the Chicken sandwich, I am in my mid twenty's and I finally had it and I am in love, recommend by friends for ages I should have listened sooner. Great service for the most part, delicious food. No complaints.

Services has been changed and I can see the difference in the employment so kudos to popeyes for upgrading on crew membership and they services well done!

The wait was ok. The clerk who helped us had trouble with the computer. The air-conditioning was not working. It was hot inside. It was ok.

They close at 10 but told me they were closed at 9: 40. That’s it. Like, 9: 55 I could understand, even 9: 50. But twenty whole minutes?

Omg I love the chicken sandwich here. And the fries. They are so good and the people that work here are really badass. Super friendly and quick. Efficient. Great spot to go for that craving.

First I ordered the fish meal they were advertising on the drive inn board, the guy on the intercom says they don't have it. Then I ordered the fish and chips, he then says they don't have that as well. So I ordered wings, fries and a biscuit. I pull up and the girl at the window says it's a 7 minute wait. So I pull forward. After about 10 minutes or so of waiting the manager brings out my food.but the fries are cold. I knock on the door the manager acts like she cannot hear me. So I walk up to the drive in window, the people inside act like they cannot hear me. I yell out anyways that my fries are cold. 2 minutes lady the girl practically throws the bag of fries to me.all the fries were out of the fri bag. I won't be coming back besides, I noticed the floor was filthy, where they prepare the food.

Service is Friendly. Very short staffed so definitely a wait time but the food is good. Just double check your order before pulling away.

The customer service is terrible, the order accuracy is very poor. The kids working need a stricter manager and need customer service training.

Walked in the door ready to order my food looked around two customers didn't have hair mask on I know one that work there said anything about it needless to say I walked out the door and then out of order it anyting went over the Sharks across the street Foreign Language

Came into the store there were only for customers inside because they're only allowed six at a time and I was inside that store for almost 40 minutes. The staff has one gear slow as hell the way they run their counter to the amount of people working the drive-thru The only positive thing I can say about this store was at least they weren't out of chicken.

Terrible management was unprofessional when I asked them if I could get some hot chicken because it wasn't hot as if had been sitting there for awhile they looked at it and told me it wasn't hot but it's alright the chicken pieces were so small so while I was waiting on some hot food they finally opened the window and handed me my money back which was okay with me you could see the floor from drive through and the floor was filthy and the trash was sweep in the corner under the counter
