Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
14I went drive thru, employees were friendly. I got a chicken sandwich and it was delicious.
Stopped after a funeral at Jefferson barracks for a quick bite and restroom break. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The staff was very professional and polite, the food came out hot and fresh and everything was spot on! Highly recommend
This place need closed down it's worse than garbage, I WAS going here every few days for lunch sometimes more. Atleast 70% of the time the order is completely wrong and all I ever get is one sandwich and mashed potatoes.
I've been as clear as I can about exactly what I want and it never matters. Half the time they take my order and then ask me what I wanted again at the window because they didn't even take my order.
At this point I'll never go back which is sad because it's 5 feet from where I work and I usually like Popeyes.
Food was great. They just didn't pay attention and did not have my order placed when I got to the window.
Time: 4pm-4: 45pm Sunday November 3rd.
I recently visited a specific Popeyes location and had an incredibly frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, there was no one ahead of me, yet I was made to wait in the parking lot for a staggering 30 minutes. Each time I inquired about the delay, the staff would dismissively say "just one more minute, " without any clear explanation or sense of urgency. This resulted in several customers behind me becoming frustrated and eventually leaving.
To make matters worse, when it was finally my turn to order, I was informed that they were completely out of several supplies. It was truly baffling that they made us wait for such a long time only to tell us they couldn't serve us.
When I expressed my disappointment and frustration to the staff, instead of offering a sincere apology or attempting to rectify the situation, they simply told us they wouldn't serve us. I was shocked by their unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy towards their customers.
Overall, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better service from a well-known fast-food chain like Popeyes. Unfortunately, this specific location failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service, resulting in wasted time and a complete lack of supplies.
It is 5pm this same day as I’m writing this and I am currently at the Popeyes in butler hill, despite my un positive review here I intend to leave a good one there because they At least provide a moving line so far! So far so good
As someone who used to live in Texas, I’m pretty sure Popeyes as a company just lacks on ever providing everything for their stores. This is definitely not just a specific location thing, I have been to this one a couple times and the order taker didn’t tell me up front they didn’t have the full menu. Felt like I was going in circles talking to her, if I wanted a chicken sandwich “we don’t have that” Ok that’s fine, what about chicken strips? “We don’t have that either just ghost pepper wings and chicken thighs”, do you have fries? “No”. I wish they would be more upfront about their menu so people don’t waste their time and to prevent any attitudes.
Wonderful customer service. The food is always delicious. Had my first messed up order today (out of probably 20 times) and Manager was very quick with a resolution. Apparently they had a call in and the gal was working by herself so props for even sticking through it.
The Popeyes on Telegraph is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. They repeatedly mess up orders, give smaller portions than actually paid for, never have the food actually prepared (chicken not ready) even though they don’t have any lines and certainly had time to prepare it sooner. They are also rude/have an attitude.
I suspect this place will shut down soon. The employees were friendly even though they were run ragged. This store was in disrepair, filthy, and short staffed.this all grows concerns for the quality and safety of the food being sold.
I cannot believe they talk to customers the way they do. No thank you! Food is gross. Many other establishments around that are way more decent to people.
I spent $12.00 on tenders that had more breading then meat - flatter then a pancake- staff had me wait 10 minutes in the drive thru but no one else in the drive-thru - Fine - Butler Hill it is, close this store before it gets worse - never gives sauces or gives you wrong sauces, i ordered ghost pepper I got the nasty glazed wings - advertising rice but no rice in months, don't even carry it buy its still on the menu - Lazy people, smart mouth shift managers who slur words and if you ask them to repeat, they yell, either way, your ordered is screwed!
I told the cashier I wanted to pay half and half on 2 different cards and they refused and charged me the for the whole order on 1 card
Do not order here if you are hungry and in A hurry! Waited in line for 15 minutes before making it to the window, and then waited for 12 minutes once we got the the window BEFORE being greeted and paying for the food. No one was apologetic, or even friendly- we got the food after waiting another 5 minutes- the order was wrong. They gave u the wrong sides - they did get us the correct sizes. But when your spending time and money for a service you would expect some appreciation for our patience (and money spent at your establishment). I do not have a problem with their food, but would not come back due to the LACK of service and professionalism.
