Porky's Blazin' Bar-B-Q, Grain Valley MO

Tender, fall-apart brisket cut and trimmed to perfection. They do an excellent job of fat removal combined with a mild smokiness; yielding a product that's an all-around crowd pleaser. The staff are kind, courteous and care about their customers. We had a slight order issue and they went above and beyond to make it right (blew away our expectations!) Definitely our new favorite KC BBQ staple!

Hands down the best Smoked meat around. To me BBQ means to put sauce (BBQ sauce) on the meat. I never even get sauce here that’s how awesome the smoked meats are.

Clear your day and don't wear a belt. You'll need all the room and time to digest these meat works of art.

Very good baby back ribs. We skipped the sides so we could have a full order. Tender, smoked good, seasoned, add your own sauce if wanted. Sweet mild & hot choices. They now serve beer. Adequate seating area. Will return.

First time trying ribs here. Really good! Coleslaw was ok. Sandwiches I've had in the past always good.

They're only open Friday Saturday Sunday so make sure you get in there get you some good barbecue and some good hospitality

After talking about this place for the 100th time I figured I better leave a review, came here my first time a couple weeks ago, I've never been huge on BBQ, but I ordered some Burnt ends and a half slab of ribs and when I tell you it was the best damn BBQ I ever had in my life I mean it. Had to go back the next day for more. Highly highly recommend this place!

I didn't realize that I had to take a second mortgage out on my house to eat here. Food was good and service is good. I know everything has gone up but it was a little pricey.

Love this BBQ treasure! Having been let down on so many KC BBQ Restaurants, this place will definitely get you hooked! The ham and brisket are addictive…the brisket is so lean and taste amazing, I was totally surprised by their delicious meatloaf sandwich. Delicious flavor and texture, then grilled on the smoker… SO good. They have delicious desserts, love the pineapple upside down cake, and brownies.
Don’t forget to order some meat by the pound to take home later… can’t wait to try the ribs on our next visit! Worth the drive, and enjoy the scenery on the way there!

Excellent bbq but you better get there early. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, when they're out of meat they're out.

Prices have gone way up. Cashier was rude. Don't ask for 1 pickle she said that would be $1.00. Have to say just not as good. Maybe it was an off day but the others with us said won't go again also. Used to be a great place close and always supported local.

In the land of BBQ there are many recipes.a few special places feel like a home meal from start to finish. Porky's looks and feels like grandpa's cabin and smells like his smoker. Everything has that distinct flavor from time, patience and developed flavors. Family/local owned & operated, and truly worth visiting!

I grew up in KC and these are the best ribs I've ever had! Potato salad is the bomb.even better than mine and that's sayin' something! This is a must try!

My favorite, we visit twice a month. They do run out of food, so check the menu out, know what you want, and go early.

I’ve been in Grain Valley for a year now and just tried this place. Welllll, what can I say. Damn amazing! This little BBQ joint blows Jack Stacks and Q39 out of the water. No competition. Porkys Blazin Bar-B-Q for the win!
