The worst $17.00 I spent on lunch. Chicken salad dark meat chicken.terrible chili. I'm going to get sick just thinking about it!

The manager, Rob, and assistant manager, Gene were extremely professional and wonderful. We had issues picking our online order up due to family issues, and they were gracious enough to replace our order that we were unable to pick up. They are the true definition of customer service. I will always be grateful for the curtesy that was shown to me. I will forever patronize this establishment, Potbelly, at the Creve Coeur location. Thank you, Rob and Gene!

I used to love Quiznos because of the toasty subs, and when the final Quiznos closed near me I tried Potbelly's. Best decision ever! I am a fan of the Italian sub with a cup of chili. Each time I am there they are friendly and quick.

The food was okay. The service was offensive. I was in the store earlier with my two daughters. We ordered and received our food, but our milkshake was forgotten. The pleasant employee who rang us up was gone. I stood at the counter for a long time without being acknowledged by the owner/manager, who was literally right in front of me. Finally, a younger employee helped me. She spoke with the owner, then she made the milkshake and brought it to me. She asked if I was going to pay for it. I explained, again, that I already had, and that the shake was forgotten. Then my daughter spilled a miniscule amount of water on the floor. It was no more than 1/4 of a cup. I cleaned it with napkins, but I heard a different employee complain that my daughter had "just spilled soda all over the floor. " A different manager came over and joked with my daughters about spilling soda. I explained that it was just a little water and that I had already cleaned most of it. Then a grumpy employee came over with a mop and mopped the mostly dry floor. It was just weird and bad service all around. We definitely won't be back.

This is the Avocado they put on my sandwich. I like this place, I’m sure I’ll eat here again but this was a disappointment.

Hands down best tasting bread from any sandwich shop I've ever ordered from. Their sandwich, The Wreck, was absolutely amazing, and the chicken pot pie soup was really freaking good

Today was my 1st time eating here. And the guy there. A taller light skined black man was really cool and gave me some good suggestions. The food was awesome. Toasted just right. I had a Roast Beef and Bacon 6inch. I will definitely stop by again when im in the area. Awesome Job!

This was the first Potbelly I've tried and I really enjoyed it. Good portions and good prices.

Quality toasted subs and very fast service. I wish they didn’t close some of their other locations.

Still great salads and hot sandwiches. Even when they are extremely busy they have time for a smile and an exchange of words.

Great food. Atmosphere laid back. Cool inside for the summer weather. Had the Mediterranean with hot peppers and a cup of pot pie soup finished off with the cold brew milkshake. The sandwich was everything I hoped it would be, crusty bread, fresh tangy ingredients, creamy hummus. The soup was better than some others of the same kind. Nice buttery crust, veggies all the same size, chicken every bite really nice. Finally the milkshake, I don't usually take cream and sugar with my coffee. Black that's how I take my morning cup of java. This being the exception was just that exceptional. Well worth the traffic

Great food every time I order there, they definitely stay busy. Good selections extremely hospitable staff! They give off a lot of positive vibes, great communication, and on point customer service. And the food just only makes it better

BEST SANDWICH place ever! Have you ever been amazed that your sandwich is exceptionally delicious? And, YES, you can only experience that here at Potbelly's. My favorite sandwich experts/"magicians" are Kayla (who looks like Tiffany Haddish), Orlando (who has a beautiful hairstyle) Jay (the tall guy) and Ben (soon to graduate MBA). The salads and soups are yummy, too. The cookies are heavenly especially the chocolate flavored one ️. Do sign up for the perks, and, you'll be surprised how fast you can accumulate points and free stuff (which we all like). I got shake, sandwiches, and, cookies and I only signed up in less than a year! Yes, I'm almost here once a week ️

Love the food. Lots of choices. Order regularly. Tonight… they put the wrong sandwhich in our bag, a different kind & a smaller size…it said someone elses name. We called & had nothing to say. No refund or adjustment in price at all. Kinda rude to me. Its not my fault you gave me the wrong sand-which. Do something about it. Its your mistake to make up for.
