Pottery Hollow reviews
9 Unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. Arrogant, but trashy. Waste of my time.
Note: this is about management. Not the other workers in the store, I felt bad that they had to work for the bosses they have. Clearly management is the problem.
Super fun place to go with your family or just friends. Love all the options you can choose from to paint on! It’s also a cute place and has a really chill vibe
We loved this place! Super cute and the staff was very friendly! You can tell they love their job. They have a big range of products at different price points. We spent $90 for a family of three. We will definitely be back!
My granddaughter's birthday party was here and the kids (14 of them) had a fantastic time. The girl in charge of the party was very patient and had total control the entire time. She even let my one grandson sit at a separate table and continue his project when the allotted craft time was over.
Super fun experience! I'm going to plant chives in him for hair. Maybe I'll change the hair up to different plants. Anyway, I can't wait to get him home!
My daughter and I go here at least once every few months. She always has such a great time picking out her pottery and painting it.
We plan to spend about 2 hours or so at minimum. It really depends on the size of the piece and the speed at which you work though.
Painted my piece and was super excited. Was called four days later and was told it was ready which was awesome because they say it can take up to a week. But I used it one time and followed the care instructions to a T and the piece broke in less than 24 hours after I picked it up. I called to see if I could possibly remake the piece since it seemed like it could possibly be a faulty piece and was told that once it left the store there was nothing they could do. So I just wasted $30. Won’t be coming back to do that again.
Thorough my three hour stay the manager was incredibly rude to me, other customers, and staff.
