I was in O'Fallon for a few days for a convention. If you're looking for a place that is intended for bona fide weightlifting, this is your place.

They have a drop-in rate that is COMPLETELY reasonable with one caveat: availability. The business hours are flexible since it is 24 hrs for its members. This means, if you wanting to just drop in, then just give them a call to figure out when it's available. The trainers will need to be present in order to let you in.

Great gym. Plenty of iron supplementation in this facility. 10/10 would recommend.

Very welcoming place to work out staff is very friendly. Not overcrowded but you can tell they have enough members to stay in business.

Staff were very welcoming and the instructor took the time to answer my questions after class.

Best gym I've been to. I love the old school feel and the family atmosphere. I won't work out anywhere else.
