7They never answer the phone, don't respond to text or emails. I've received 1 text and 1 email stating he was trying to contact my attorney. My attorney said she hadn't received any emails or voicemails from the company. It's already hard to find someone who would give a pre settlement loan to people in the state of Arkansas, and when you find someone that will do it they wanna be on bs.
I have called this company for one week. No return call, I even went to the office that they lease from. No one was there. Questionable.
Please do not use this company if you are in URGENT need of funds! Although it stated they are 24 hours, it took me three attempts to finally begin the application process with a representative. Was also advised Turn around time would be 48 hours. Checked on status 48 hours AFTER lawyer info was received and was assured a decision would be made next day! I've contacted this company and have not received an answer or call back with an update. Very disappointed in time handled, lack of response, Lack of Professionalism! I'd recommend going to a more reputable company to not waste you time! Was able to received funding with another company expeditiously!

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to PRE-SETTLEMENT FUNDING! As we all know unexpected things can happen yet we never expect them to happen to us. My life changed in a matter of seconds. After the dust settles there I was wondering how I was gonna make it, my life had come to a screeching halt but life goes on around me. My best advise to you from experience is DON’T stress out.
