Mr. Daray Ferguson did a repair on my garage door opener for Precision. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. He fully explained & showed the problem to me. I will be using Precision for my garage door / opener needs forever!

Precision was fantastic to work with. I was able to get a same-day appointment and the technician, Alex, was extremely friendly and professional. He offered helpful suggestions about maintaining my door in working order and even corrected mistakes from when the door had originally been installed. I would definitely recommend Precision for any overhead door repairs and/or maintenance.

Great experience starting with setting the appointment to Alex performing the work. They get to you quickly. Very knowledgeable, no pressure. 20 year old door is good as new. Will definitely call again if need garage door help.
