Premier Dental Partners - O'Fallon

The dentist and staff are friendly.
However, they have zero availability for appointments and the staff is resentful of this. Staff members have repeatedly said they feel overwhelmed due to staff shortages. This causes a baglog for cleanings.

They never have open availability and it is impossible to schedule 6 month cleaning on time. Typical wait time is 8-12 months for a 6 month cleaning. I am finding a new dentist because of this. What good is having a great dentist if zero availability?

The staff is awesome and friendly! Dr. Harris is nothing but amazing. So amazing that I don't mind driving 40 minutes to my appointments. Going to the dentist isn't a fun trip but they go out of their way to make as enjoyable as possible. I will continue to go back!

Excellent dental care given in a family environment. Dr. Jeffrey Harris and all the staff offer a great and friendly service. I had a crown replaced that was constantly catching food requiring use of a pick and floss after every meal. I can’t believe I waited this long to have it replaced. If you hope to be a new patient, ask for Gwen (dental hygienist) —she is very gentle and thorough!

The staff is nice & friendly. They really explain what they see on the X-rays & walk through the best way to take care of my teeth, for preventative care that is tailor made for me.

Love them! Our hygienist Jill is AMAZING! She’s so patient and kind with our sensory kiddo! He’s not even nervous about going to the dentist because he knows he’s going to see her!

I 6 months for an appointment to open up and then they canceled on me. I then waited a year for another appointment. I have a new dentist now.

Absolutely the best dentist office and Dentist I’ve ever had! Best of all they are honest, have a competent billing department, and can always fit you in, should a dental emergency arise!

We absolutely LOVED Jackie! She was so good with the little ones. It’s really great how she explains everything and includes them helping ease any worries they have.

Scheduling appointments is getting better. All other aspects like reminders, office visits, interactions, etc.are fantastic.

Everyone is so friendly. Sometimes they are ready for me when I walk though the door. They go though 4 steps or more to clean my teeth. They never rush while working on my teeth. I haven’t seen one bad assistant there.

They were fabulous! I had a dental emergency over the weekend and showed up Monday morning. They were able to work me in and start taking care of the issue. Everyone in the office is always so kind and professional!

A very nice atmosphere with patient waiting room and other areas of the office. The staff was very happy and helpful. The dentist Dr Kelli Smith was a delight to talk to and very gentle. She was very knowledgeable and knew how to fix the problems and knew who we should talk to about what she couldn’t fix. I will continue with her as my dentist. I will tell everyone I know to come here. Great experience overall!

Everyone is so friendly. I’m a difficult patient because I have no pain tolerance and they always do everything possible to make me comfortable and ensure I have a great experience. They are very understanding and kind. I’ve been going there for many years and plan to stay there.

Been going to Premier Dental Partners - O’Fallon for 6 years. The hygienist are great. Very friendly and thorough with their cleaning. Dr. Rega is fantastic. She’s very knowledgeable and extremely skilled. Had a chipped molar where part of it was broken off. She was able to fix it with no pain and has bothered me since. High recommend.

Kevin is absolutely awesome. He educated me so much on dental hygiene and was very calm and cool. Defiantly made my experience great.
