Premier Eyecare Associates - Chillicothe

My wife and I recently visited Premier in Chillicothe for an eye exam and new glasses. The entire visit was great and everyone was very helpful and friendly. We REALLY enjoyed and appreciated Dr Kelly! She was very thorough in her care, and really took the time to explain what we asked her about. She was extremely caring and made us feel like more than just another appointment for the day. We HIGHLY recommend Premier overall, and if you can, see Dr Kelly, you'll be glad you did.

I had never been to an eye Dr.before so it was quite the experience, but everyone was so frienly especially the young lady who took me back to get me prepared for the doc.she was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, because I asked so many questions. Thank you all for being so kind.

Dr. Deering was wonderful. I wish you would have magnifying mirrors so we could see better when trying on frames since a person doesn't have their glasses on to see.

The doctors at the eye clinic were very welcoming, thorough, got me an end scene quickly in an emergency.

We took our 4 year old in for her first exam. Everyone was so awesome and patient with her! They took extra time to ensure she picked the perfect pair of glasses. So happy with our visit.

My three children and I have been going to Doctor Brodmerkle for a few years, and I am always happy to see them. The staff are always very helpful and personable. They answer my 8-year-old's endless questions about their fish with a smile. Dr. B always explains what is happening with our vision so there are no questions. Our last appointment was during a snowstorm! Rhonda, and Crystal, were the only two office staff working and they were awesome! They kept everything moving smoothly and I felt quickly! Tammy in optical was helpful in finding glasses for my younger two, and Dr. B is always great. Looking forward to seeing them all again!

I was in for a eye health check. The Dr was talking about me getting reading glasses and I expressed that I just pick them up at a generic place. She moved on then, rather then trying to sell me something I didn't want. Highly recommend, extremely friendly and professional.

Dr Deering was fantastic with my apprehensive little girl. I worked with Tia and Jonah and have worked with them in the Chillicothe and Brookfield location. They are absolutely amazing. Patience, kindness, knowledge, communication, customer service, the list goes on an on. Cannot say enough nice things about the facility and the staff.

I highly recommend Premier Eye Care. I have always received excellent service at all of their offices. In emergencies they work hard to see you ASAP. Everyone that works in the offices are always kind and helpful. They work hard to make sure that customers leave satisfied.

As good as any eyecare professionals I have ever worked with. Thorough, competent, efficient, professional and always a pleasure to work with, despite my sometimes challenging vision issues. Well worth the 2 hour round trip for me, if that says anything!
