Best lighting and staff in the area. The staff is very efficient, friendly and professional. They sat down with me, identified my style and made suggestions. They made the selection process for our new home very easy and pleasant. They keep up on all the latest trends as well as classic styles. I can't say enough about how pleased I am.

In early July, I took a lamp to be repaired. The woman who received it in said that the lamp could be tightened, and a new plug replaced along with adjusting the area of the bulb. She told me it might take up to 6 weeks to complete as they would need to obtain a part. No one ever called to inform me of the progress. On August 26, after several calls I was told it was completed. I continued to explain that I wasn't rushing them, I just wanted an update as the lamp belonged to my mother, so there is sentimantal as well as a financial attachment. I went to pick up the lamp and was charged almost $30.00 for parts and labor; but the only thing the gentleman said he repaired was the light bulb area. He said it didn't need a cord, and couldn't be tightened. I brought it home and when I had the opportunity to really look at it, I realized that even the bulb area wasn't corrected. I called again, and spoke with the owner who told me that he would repair it himself. Again, I had to call about the status of the lamp. Two days after taking it in a second time it appears to be repaired. I was charged an additional $5 for the cord that was replaced this time. I gave them 2 stars as I feel the owner wanted to make this right. But, he is seldom at the facility and the men working for him were not as helpful. I will not use this establishment again.

We recently built a new home and Premier gave us outstanding products and service. We get many compliments on our contemporary exterior lights and people stop to ask where we got them. Ryan helped us make the selections and was so quick to solve problems that weren’t even their responsibility so I’d highly recommend them. And he is so nice, it was a true pleasure to do business with him.

Unorganized and never send sufficient parts/lights. Strongly recommend purchasing fixtures elsewhere.

Personnel was great they were attentive and swift with supplying what was needed but the show room is small compared to what other places have and what Premier can actually offer and the styles they have on display definitely appeal to certain decors. Just wish they had more lights for clients to see in person.

They were very helpful here and spent ample time with me conversing about what I needed for the installation of the L. E. D.strip lighting, Driver and Dimmer I was installing on under cabinet lighting.
