I heard more F bombs in less than a minute of waiting to talk to someone than I have in a year.
The service manager was repeating them back too.
Very low class.
I would never buy a truck or get service done to a truck from people who do not know how to talk.

We were traveling from Ohio to Missouri to pick up our daughter from college just to turn back around and drive home. 30 minutes from campus our Chevy Silverado truck hood started shaking. The closest Chevy dealer couldn’t get us in until later in the day, and we didn’t have time for that. We saw the sign for Columbia Freightliner and thought we would stop and see if they could help or at least tie it down. They were amazing! They had us pull right in, they had the tools to tighten the latch and sent us on our way within minutes! So grateful! They were so kind to help us out even though they don’t deal with small trucks! Thank you so much!

A place for every compliment, Sunday while all the other workshops were closed, they immediately took the truck to work and very quickly found a problem, a place for every recommendation, thank you very much!

Stopped in on a rainy day when our RV windshield wipers were not working correctly. They came out and adjusted quickly and showed us how to adjust. Would recommend if we needed additional services. Located right off rt 70 with easy on and off. Thank you.

The team at Columbia are truly wonderful, they are professional, experts in every way, and very caring about their customer. Danny and Preston were our angels when we had issues with our AC recently. They treated us like family even in the eleventh hour of their long workday. We will never forget their kindness and expert care and we will always stop to say hello and get preventative maintenance whenever we are passing by.

Awesome! Tony On the night shift for parts really treated me right and was even willing to deliver it to me on the side of the road when I broke down. I am a truck owner and Colombia freightliner helped me so that I did not have to get a tow truck thank you very much.

Had AC serviced to replace the compressor and a few other related parts. Same day service.in and out. Everyone was great, thanks!

I always enjoy coming here for service. The staff is great and the techs are great as well. Jake has worked on my truck several times. He identified all the problems and corrected them completely. He's a great tech and will answer any questions and explain things clearly. In addition to the excellent service they are also very dog friendly. I have 2 dogs on my truck and they get along with everyone there. I will always go to them when I need service and I'm in the area.

Deserves no stars. Don't know where to begin. Kept truck for three days for software updates. They are busy l get it. Went to pickup truck and engine light was still on. Forgot to clear codes. REALLY? Inside of truck had all my stuff slung all over the place like they went off roading or something. And to top it off they lied on the invoice saying fuse for forward camera was missing. I confronted the technician and he said it was blown. Thats not how my company will see it. Only bright spot was the service writer that shuttled me to and from hotel. We are at these vultures mercy when we need warranty repair and they know it. I do not like leaving bad reviews but these guys sure deserve it!

They had us up and running in less than 24hrs. This shop is very clean and the employees make you feel welcome. The drivers lounge is nice also, with free laundry room. They also gave us a ride to a motel for the night and picked us up the next morning. We will definitely use this shop again. Also if you have to be towed in as we did Carl's towing is a good choice
