Premiere Marine/PMS Boat Sales, Kimberling City MO

Unfortunately we have had to use this business several times. Haven’t been able to find reliable service in the area, so we kept giving them a chance. We have used them to winterize our boat, and have it opened in the spring. Not good service. No attention to detail. Rough on the boat. Kept our boat cover one year and we had to get a new one. Drained our battery by leaving the switches on over the winter (battery and ignition) had to buy new battery ourselves. FINAL STRAW, Today we found a new charge on our credit card (I guess they decided to keep it on file) for $1500. We have not used them for any services since the spring (which we overpaid for) It’s listed as “custom amount”. They won’t return calls. Having to file a fraud charge with the credit card company. Obviously wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Irritated to have to put one star to leave a review.

As business owners ourselves, we really try to give other businesses the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, we have to write this bad review, after giving Premiere Marine many opportunities to make it right. Last fall, we gave them a large deposit down for them to purchase a new motor for our boat and install it over the winter months. This new motor was never purchased or installed. Our boat sat at their business, uncovered and full of water for many months. They did not answer the phone or return any of our calls. The times that we stopped by the office, they would make promises that “we were next on the list” or that “it should be finished in the next couple of weeks”. We now have a filthy, water-filled boat without a new motor and our credit card company is fighting them to get our money back. We are sorry to say that they are not an honest place and would recommend others choose someplace else to have their boat serviced.

Needed some work done. Took them the stuff they needed. Never got done. Tried calling to find out why. Never got a return phone call.

I highly recommend Premier Marine for service and customer service. I was on vacation at Table Rock and my impeller housing crack on my 2001 Rinker on Saturday evening made to the dock and took the part off. Started calling places Sunday morning no one answered. But Premier had a extension number to call for emergency. Called Jerry he called right back in just a few minutes. He said he would be open Monday morning to get the part. I said ok it's Sunday nothing is open. But about a hour later Tiffany called me and said they have the part in stock and it is sitting outside the shop. Picked up and replaced, back to running Sunday afternoon.
Thanks Jerry and Tiffany you saved us on vacation.
You took the extra time for us on a Sunday.

They have taken care of my boat for several years. Have always been responsive and helpful. They always have called me back and I have never felt rushed at any time. Never pressured me to have something done that I felt should be done, Very nice people and I have really enjoyed having them take care of my boat. Have done business with them for over 10 years so I should know how they operate. Good people and don't ever fear about taking your boat there as they will take good care of it.

Terrible customer service, claimed to have fixed a fuel line problem, after 2 weeks, same problem occurred. Left multiple messages, no return call, and problem was never fixed.
