Wanted to test a car there. Was serious about buying. The fellow (assistant mgr?) said they don’t do test drives? What? And they didn’t reply to my financing app. Their website clearly states financing for everyone. I only needed about half the price of car financed with money down. Not a place of business I would like to work with again.

I’ve never bought a car from a dealership before and was always really nervous of getting played or taken advantage of, Alex along with his brother made it the easiest purchase of my life and most likely the best one I’ve ever made, they sold me a 2015 Charger R/T for more fair a price then I could have asked for, they were very patient with me and very thorough with the process to make sure I understood what I was doing, I couldn’t ask for better car dealers and will definitely be recommending friends and family to shop with them.

No review but I did get tints done by them but I’m here to comment on the bad reviews from people on here well just one to be honest lol she said the price went up when she financing the car. Lol of course nobody will loan you a large amount of money without a interest rate the car price still the same

My impression of Premium Motors is very positive. From my experience with them, I found that their sales staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy. They answered all of my questions about the vehicle in detail and were happy to let me take it for a test drive. When it came time to negotiate the price, I felt that they were very fair and transparent.
The actual purchasing process was smooth and efficient. The paperwork was completed quickly, and I was able to drive my car off the lot the same day. Since purchasing my Chevrolet Cruze from Premium Motors, I've had no issues with the car itself.
I would highly recommend Premium Motors to anyone in the market for a used car.

I was amaze people gave this place high reviews. Bought an overpriced 2015 Toyota. Caught salespeople on several lies. Urgently needed a car, so vetting was not thorough. A couple of months later took the car to the Toyota dealership. Cost me over $4000 to repair boot and other needed repairs. I suggest you go somewhere else or take the car to a reputable mechanic. Do not trust this people!

I went into my car search terrified, as me and my sister have always bought cars from the same dealership and never had any issues. That dealership closed down during the pandemic, however, forcing me to look elsewhere. There are enough horror stories in reviews for car dealerships to make you question if you even want to buy a car anymore after reading them, and I was terrified.
Premium Motors LLC had pretty good recent reviews though, and I needed a car fast, so I jumped right in.

I walked in there a lone woman (reviews often accuse car dealerships of picking on women) trying to buy a car today- like, right now instantly- and with limited funds, which left me buying one of the very cheapest cars on their lot. Priced according to the high mileage and the typical wear and tear you'd expect from an older vehicle.

Despite all of the aforementioned reasons why a dealership might pick on me, I received excellent service from start to finish. Tek is wonderful! He went above and beyond to help every step of the way, even going so far as to drive the car I purchased up to Enterprise so I could drop off my rental and hop straight in. He also noticed a crack appear in the windshield the night before I bought the car (cold weather), so he pointed it out to me and readily assured me that he would have it replaced free of charge if I brought the car back next week when the windshield repair people came by. That promise was kept.

So I left the lot feeling very good about my purchase and the service I'd received, and with every intention to leave a good review. Still, I didn't review the car immediately, since the quality of service isn't really what people care about, it's the quality of the product.

I bought this 17 year old Pontiac Vibe with 234,000 miles on it in February, and it's now late June.
In that time, one headlight went out and one bolt broke, both inevitable and inexpensive repairs. The temperature dropped below freezing multiple times. The car started right up, heated up fast, and drove like a champ. We're now in the midst of a heat wave with record high temperatures over 100, and this car has no trouble at all. Drives steady and stays cool every day.
It's also tackled the 4 hour drive to my parents' house effortlessly.

Overall, for the quality of the service and the quality of the car, I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could.
And given that they have a wide enough selection to find what you're looking for whether or not you're on a budget, I'd gladly send anyone who needs a car to them.

I went to this car lot a few weeks ago, asked to test drive a vehicle but was denied. Dealer stated I couldn't test drive unless I buy. Never heard of before. Felt uncomfortable and discriminated against so I left. Do not recommend

I went to test drive a van they had for $7,995, surely it would be nice! While it did look nice & the AC worked, etc, the engine was very loud… I opened the hood & noticed a loud noise from the belt tensioner area. There was also a weird ticking from the top of the engine. When I brought it back, I addressed the issues & the sales guy just looked at me, took the keys & said nothing.

It’s really sad that an $8k van would need work. I ended up going with a higher mileage van elsewhere because these dealers bank on uninformed drivers picking cars based only on the miles & to just drive it & not do their due diligence of looking/checking everything/popping the hood open…

Nice, chill place. Friendly staff. Customer service was great, especially considering how small the lot is. They would pull the car around so I did not have to back out onto a busy road which I appreciated greatly. They fixed a rattle in the steering wheel prior to purchase at no extra cost to me and cleaned the car prior to purchase. Would definitely buy from here again should the need arise. Highly recommend!
