Best company ever! From Brian our sales rep, to Kim who oversees new construction this place and people are phenomenal! Best experience with picking our new pool through construction. They care and take pride in their work. No other company I would recommend!

We went with Prestige because my parents had a pool completed by them 30 years ago. They did not disappoint! Every person I encountered, from construction, to maintenance, to even the owner once, has been a positive experience. The pool looks better than we could've even imagined and our kids want to spend every minute in the backyard. There are some reviews about them not starting on time. Once you see everything that goes into construction, you'll understand why it's difficult to give firm dates. If I needed an update on my status, they were quick to respond and gave their best estimate. If you want a company that can build your pool tomorrow, then you'll be dealing with the problems they created for the next 25 years. There's a reason why Prestige is sought after, and I couldn't be happier with the final product!

It’s always great to stop in here and be reminded why we chose them. They’re so helpful, and courteous. They also went out of their way with our installation, we can’t praise them enough

Customer Service after sale is non existant. Service department is unresponsive and work left unfinished. Excuses abound. Owner/Manager has no follow-up or follow through. No one will take charge or offer reasonable resolution. Would not recommend.

They didn't even say hello to me when I walked in. There were two guys and they just continued to talk instead of asking me what I needed.

We have juist started our journey with our new pool and these guys are top notch. We actually started the putchase of our pool 2021 - it was worth the wait. I have been very impressed with the staff (aka Kim Baldi) and people that Prestige hires to do the work. A top notch organization that provides a top notch product.

I went in on my lunch break to get a water sample and the employee at the desk said he couldn’t help me and to go to aqua tech down the street s they can probably help. Al he had to do was dump my water into their machine and give me the printout. Now if he isn’t trained to do that I understand, but I can’t imagine it is that difficult to do.

The entire experience and process was great with Prestige Pools. Great communication throughout the process and they were always quick to help/respond to any questions I had. The pool looks great and cannot wait to enjoy in just a few weeks.

I had a leak in my hot tub this summer someone came out and then when I called back to tell them it was still leaking. No one ever called me or responded I have called at least five or six times and this is a picture of exactly where and how much is leaking out? I would never use this company ever. Their service is horrible.

I purchased a spa from Prestige Pools and Spas. The team there is excellent to work with and ensure customer satisfaction. I'm very happy with the product and appreciate this team's help with all preparation and general maintenance. Paul, Jim and Brian have all been very professional and great to work with.

I purchased a spa from this business in January of this year. The spa drained due to leaks in March, after only having been used a handful of times. The leak was not repaired (if it even was repaired) until September. Now the spa will not heat above 80 degrees and the service technician is not responding to calls or emails. They promised me that the spa would be working 2 weeks ago, and yet here we are. It's been just about 7 months without the use of my spa. Total customer service nightmare.
