I felt bad for the person doing my nails. She was so busy she was doing two other's nails during my appointment. She forgot to finish up 3 of my nails. Good thing I had dip.

Had an appointment for two pedicures at 6 pm for my friend and me. We were instantly put at foot baths, which I've walked out of before, but I had told my friend I would treat her. She got her pedicure started around 6: 30 and mine started around 6: 50 and lasted all of 20 minutes.

I gave this place a chance.have had a couple good looking and long lasting pedis before but the service is awful. Not only do you sit, and sit, and sit, but the technician did a shotty job and rushed through her service. And there was a VERY strong smoking smell which smelled like someone was right around the corner inside lighting up. Won't be back again.

Major improvement over previous owners. MUCH cleaner. The place is spotless. Nice calm and relaxing atmosphere. My daughter and I were there this past Sunday and WOW what a difference. I highly recommend this shop.

No thrilled with the tech I had. She couldn't or wouldn't shape my nails per my request and another tech came over and had to finish that part. The original tech finished the non-gel French manicure, but it was awful. I had to point out places she had missed (at this point I was ready to walk out but I did cancel the pedi). I also don't recall a mani without them using lotion & doing a hand massage, but this one didn't include that piece. What you get for $25 + tip is pretty pitiful. Not sure I would try another tech - we'll see.

$55.00 I paid for my nails… nails on one hand way shorter than out. Showed a picture of what I wanted. Glitter color on top pink on bottom, she did them with pink over glitter …. I will never go again.
This woman at one time scratched her butt and then kept doing my nails. Do not go there. Her name started with a J….

Pretty Nails is under new management. Everyone is really nice and do a good job on your nails. Prices are more expensive than the prior owner but understandable due to inflation. However every time I get a gel fill, the price increases. First time it was $37, next time it was $43, and the last time it was $46. A gel fill under the prior owner was $28.

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. This place was highly reviewed and after my service today I know why! Super satisfied with my nails and will definitely be back.

This is a lovely place to get your nails done. Although they don't have a wheelchair accessible entrance, if you're like me and on a walker, this place is good because on one side is the pedicure stuff, the otherwise is nails, so not cluttered at all. They were doing some light maintenance (moving shelves and stuff) but none of it was in my way! They were super nice! It was a nice time.

Went in today for PowderDip was told over phone by Kim it cost $38. I also needs Tips.when my tech specialist done she told me “$38.for Dip & $5.00 for Tips.then she garbled over why she charging me $48.00 even after I asked her 3 times “why is the charge $48”? I did not have any extra bling or colors added on either
So maybe they like adding their own tip to job? But I gave her a tip which ran me well into job costing $55.00

Andy did such an amazing job on my powder dip manicure. They got new powder dip sets too so it was a brand new container! Everyone is very attentive and respectful and like I said, job well done with my manicure! Thank you Andy!

I recently moved to the St. Charles area and had been looking for a new nail salon. I am so happy I chose this place. Amy was meticulous and put so much time and focus into my nails. They’re the cutest ones I’ve ever had. The price was higher than I’m used to, but I was overall pleased with my experience and didnt mind the price. I recommend them!

Extremely pleased with this nail salon. Andy did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. Upon entering Pretty Nails the floor was being mopped… in the middle of the day mind you… which added to the already clean atmosphere. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I was attended to right away. Andy walked me through everything he was doing and even offered to figure out the price before getting started so I knew what I was getting into. The price was very fair for what I wanted done. Overall I have nothing but a huge smile on my face and am so glad I walked into Pretty Nails on a whim! They have won me over! Thank you so much Andy and the rest of you guys whom I’m sure I will get to know very soon! See you on my fill!

They pay great attention to detail and really take their time and do things right. Really like going here! They always do a great job and make sure you’re happy with the nails!

The people were nice & I thought the nails looked good but absolutely hate the color of dip they used on finger nails. I picked out a gray with Olive tint from nail color cards (correct color on toes). They said I needed to try the dip & they would match the color. As you can see it’s not a good match at all. It’s forest green and it has glitter in it. I’m almost 40 so glitter really isn’t my thing and the color looks horrible. Also, they charged more than I was told it would be. Sorry but they cost way too much for me to dislike like & have to paint over myself
