Price Chopper, Independence MO

First time shopping here. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Not very crowded, which I loved. Layouts a little different but overall nice clean store. Definitely will return

Small selection of brands, and ofcourse there isn't any of the brands that price for the lower income based population. Which I myself belong to.

Cashier smelled like pet urine and was very dirty inside. Afraid to go back and shop. Disgusting.

This store used to be a sun fresh and there's a lot smaller than other Price choppers. There are some things you may not find on the shelves.

Havent had Fancy Feast canned food of any quanity for over a month. Cheaper at walmart, however I would rather buy here. Only explanayion, truck jasnt come. Spend $100s every month here, about to start going to Hy-Vee. Not happy!

Love that it’s clean & would like more if it was bigger. The staff is friendly & helpful. Jordan went above & beyond with helping me & getting an item I needed. I’m grateful he offered help because I was close to leaving without it. He was knowledgeable, checked the back, & found a solution.

They were not helpful when I tried to get a second receipt for my business records, and flat out refused.

There wasn't any help I stood at an empty register with no help but I did get checked out pretty fast once I was helped!

Great produce section. Supports my heart-healthy diet. This particular location is a small neighborhood store which I like - easy to get through for quick shopping trips. They also have some organics.

This Price Chopper on Sterling is smaller BUT it has some different things in this than the other and I'm hooked they have some Sushi that is delicious.

Just get in to the main part of the store,
For canned goods or dry goods and meat.
I felt like I had to go thru a maze to get to the items. That I was looking for.

Store is excellent. Every department is clean. Great deli many items to choose from. Well organized and cashier was very nice. Great store!

This store is small compared to the average Price Chopper and the layout is a little different. The store itself was clean, the employees were very courteous and polite. My only real critism is the aisle signs are in the middle of the isle rather than the ends so you can't tell what's in each isle till you are at the end of it and the bread section is very very tiny.

PCer on 23rd and Sterling much better than the older store that used to be there. But it is small and doesn't have the stock that the others have in this area.

This is the worst Price Chopper the people are rude, the store and parking lot is dirty, they are lacking the variety of the Price Chopper on 23rd and 291. I will not shop at this location ever again I even gave them the benefit of the doubt.

When I go to this price chopper they are friendly and courteous. I've never gotten meat that was questionable the produce is fresh actually I've never had any issues here ever!

I like Price Chopper. But I must say certain items are way overpriced. Bakery goods are overly expensive. Sale items are well priced, and meat is reasonable and quality is excellent. This store is close to my home and I shop there for convenience. I will shop there again.

Its easily acessable from the main road, and has plenty of parking clase to the building. The employees are knowledgable and helpful.

Customer service was pretty friendly so most of the employees that they enjoy their job working with people.
