Very Happy with my 16 years of service at Pride Cleaners-Shoal Creek. Always prompt and quick service. The Manager of this store is always friendly and courteous. When ever there is an issue with a particular item of clothing, it is resolved right away. Highly Recommend.

Has to be one of the nicest places to go to get your clothes clean they have a very sweet Charming lady that takes your stuff in and make sure that your dry-cleaning gets done perfectly you can't ask for another better place to go this place puts all the other stores to rest I drive 20 miles out of my way just to go here because of the way I'm treated probably one of the greatest places in Kansas City for dry cleaning

If I could give zero stars I would. This place destroyed our comforter. That’s not even the worst part. The manager we spoke to in regard to this issue was incredibly rude. She told us “it’s what you signed up for, it happens. ” Are you serious? No apology. No curtesy what so ever. When I asked questions she got frustrated and told me she had a customer and hung up the phone. Do not use this place.

Edit: the manager at HQ took care of our issues with the comforter and was much more responsive than our initial interaction w the particular branch manager.

Would not combine discounts, but neither discount stated that it could not be combined. 3 day turnaround on 2 blankets. Everything smelled fine and was visibly clean.

I had a dress altered, and they did an amazing job. There was some confusion about the price, but the two employees working there did an amazing job. To get the sides altered it cost around $14 which is a great deal for the quality imo.

Shirt came back with stain (I totally understand that they cant get things out). Once I got to the car, I found tons of.body hair on it. Took it back in and the woman was extremely rude and fixated on the stain I already acknowledged was difficult for them to get it out, no worries. She was loud and rude in front of other customers.

Just from speaking with the employee I decided not to take my cleaning there—extremely rude! If I could leave zero stars I would!

Starch yourself! Have taken clothes here a few different times. At first we were getting what we asked for. The past couple of times we did not get what we asked for. Dropped off long sleeve shirts and a pair of jeans. Asked for heavy starch on both, we picked up shirts and jeans that barely had any starch. Another time, same drop off and request. We picked up jeans that had a crease in the wrong place of the jeans and the shirt barely had a crease on the sleeve. Mentioned that they were supposed to have heavy starch and they said oh sorry they were just washed. Had to end up starching the clothes ourselves. Will not be returning.
