I’m just at the start of my program, but I have to say, I’m very impressed with the level of attention and detailed explanation of the particular program best for me and the great interest that Dr. Brady has taken to listen and ask the questions necessary to understand my health history and my health goals to be able to direct and guide me on the best nutritional plan for where I want to be. I’m feeling very excited and hopeful for this lasting healthy and nutritionally balanced lifestyle so I can be my best mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
