I am completely satisfied with the service I get from Prime Insurance. I am not one of those people to hand out 5 stars like candy, but this company truly deserves it. I have been a satisfied customer of theirs for several years now. I had no life changes this past year that required modifying my coverage. However, my insurance carrier decided to increase my premiums substantially. Proactively Prime Insurance reached out to me and notified me of the increase. Before reaching out they had already run the numbers about cheaper options while maintaining the same coverage. Because of their due diligence, I was able to quickly make the change.
